Steve was our landlord's pest control solution for years while my wife and I rented a house. When we bought a house and moved, we knew we had to contact Steve for our pest control needs. We live on a wooded lot and went about six months before switching from DIY pest control to Steve... and the difference is amazing. One thing that really stands out about him is that he tailored the service to our individual needs. We actually opted to have him do exterior prevention only for our property, which is different than the services we used when we rented a house. In any case, he said while the best results are indoor and outdoor that he would stand by his service and if we EVER had a problem with pests coming in before his quarterly checkup he would come back free of charge. We've never had to call him because the service he provides works that well. Even better, we never have to remind him when his next service appointment is. He's extremely professional and organized and we trust him completely. We recommend him because of all of the above and because he is a compassionate person. Yes, he does pest control, but he does it in a humane way. He doesn't over-apply, doesn't apply in situations where pets or humans could be harmed, and legitimately comes up with a solution that will help us and impact non-pests as little as possible. After 2 years of him working on our house and 3 years of him renting, there has never been a problem.

Steve Yarbrough has been taking care of our pest control service for at least a decade. He also serviced a rental home we owned. When the tenants bought their own home, they were so pleased with Steve they hired him to care for their new house. We could not be happier. He is extremely pleasant to work with, and responds immediately when unexpected pests show up. We highly recommend him.

It is a local company and there is only one gentleman who does it. We like being able to support people and local businesses. He does a nice job and is always really thorough. He even calls to make sure everything is going okay first. I will continue to use this provider in the future.

Steve is awesome- we've been using him at our home for a little over a year now, and our landlord at our old rental used him as well. Steve is friendly and professional- he always calls ahead of time to schedule a visit and he does a very thorough job of spraying the house/outside for pests. He always checks to see if we are having any new/different pest problems so he can address them during his visit. We rarely see any pests in or around the house now- his product works great. I would highly recommend this company- Steve does a great job and we'll be using him for many years to come.
