 + -1 moreGetting quotes and permits for all sorts of different house projects was taking a long time. Costs and stress added up quick - not to mention the difficulty and inconvenience of not being able to fully use plumbing in the house. But before anything could progress, we needed to get those trees out! Matt Porterfield and crew to the rescue! They worked quickly to get the trees removed. They left no trace of a giant root system hole in side-yard. They removed a huge red oak in backyard and then ground the stump to almost nothing. They were all professional, well-mannered and punctual. Would hire again. Would recommend to a friend.
Description of Work: We bought a house and immediately after moving in discovered the septic system was failing. There was a large oak tree directly over septic system in backyard. It had to go before the septic crew could get in and repair. But before tree crew could get at the tree over the septic system, another large tree in side-yard fell during a storm, preventing access to backyard! So two large trees needed removing.
