Lazy Day Pool and Spa

I am very impressed with Lazy Day. They were quick to get me an estimate and get the work started. Jobs under $5k don't even require payment until work is complete which is impressive. When the estimate was first sent to me it was sent along with a welcome video from the owner and that gave it a personal touch I liked. Customer service is top knotch and the work speaks for itself. If you're looking for a pool company, this is who you want!

I needed a new pool liner. This is my 3rd liner in about 24 years. This was, by far, the best experience I have had with this process. Chris, Rob and Mike were all very responsive, personable and professional every step of the way. I never got voice mail when I called any of them!! That, in itself, is refreshing. Punctual and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his crew were quick to answer questions and help guide us on our pool stair renovation and liner replacement. We'd called around to several places and no one seemed to want to take on the job. Lazy Day Pool had no issues and delivered on time and on budget. What else can you ask for? Lazy Day Pools renovated my pool a year and a half ago and I've had nothing but a great experience with their service. They repaired our pool walls, installed new pool steps, replaced our liner, redid our pool deck and installed their drinkable water system and everything is amazing! Can't recommend enough. Great service and communication through out the entire process.

These guys are the best. I've personally used them on multiple occasions and they're always helpful, efficient, and do the job right. The process is seamless when looking for a new liner. They have helped with equipment or just to answer questions. They stand by their work and remain available after any job is complete to provide continuous support and are the ones I'd trust. Best in the business for anything pool and spa, install or remodel, you name it! Did I mention they're great at fixing my mistakes?

The team was great. From sales to clean up, we had a great experience. The salesman was very patient and answered all our questions with no pressure at all. The guys who came to measure the pool were extremely professional and detailed in the measurements to be sure the liner was a good fit. The installers were great. Made sure the liner was tight and lined up every curve perfectly. The cut in guys were outstanding and did a great job on the finish work and set up our new cover. They explained and demonstrated how to place the cover on and remove it. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend LazyDay Pools for any swimming pool work.

What an amazing experiance!! From Chris educating me on the process to Mike explaining the process it was amazing. Steve's troubleshooting of my drains and correcting my plumbing was an upgrade and a safety need..(my family thanks you Steve) They were punctual, professional and perfect! The pool went from a eyesore and a dinosaur to a beautiful addition to our home. I would recommend lazy day pools to anyone.

We are 100% satisfied with the results from the company, staff and installation. This is our third pool,and first time using Lazy Day. We needed a new liner and contacted Lazy Day.They are the most professional and personable pool company we have ever dealt with. Chris is the person that we first had contact with and he was awesome along with the installer who was in constant contact with us., Everything was right on target just as they said . The liner is beautiful and they were quick to do the work.

The owner Chris was great. The installers were good and cleaned up well. I understood that my dogs could walk on it but they can not. It sure looks better than a tarp😊

Chris and Mike were so easy to deal with. The whole experience seemed like it would be a nightmare, but it was as hassle free as human possible. Lazy Day was extremely fast and efficient. Plus they were the best price that I had found out there for a new liner.

I had an issue with how my liner was initially installed, but they made it right in the end and completed the work with quality. They initially did not smooth out removable wrinkles in the deep end of my pool. We added several thousand gallons of water and had to drain to it again when I told them the water weight didn't smooth the wrinkles out. It took a little longer than either of us anticipated, but I'm extremely happy that I chose them to replace my liner. They came back out to address everything, were very professional about it, and in the end, my pool looks great! Not one wrinkle - even on the steps we had them put in under the vinyl.
