Description of Work: Installed entire new AC unit inside and out and replaced all duct work to that unit. Also "re routed" duct work from other units. Installed new controls. |EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!!! They covered my carpet and furniture so as not to get insulation from the attic all over my house. They cleaned up EVERYTHING!! Other than a great working AC - you would never know they had been here!!!

Description of Work: Jordan Air installed two new heat pump systems (Trane systems) in my home. They installed a 3 ton unit for my downstairs and a 2 ton unit for my upstairs. Their salesman and installation crew were knowledgeable and efficient. These units are not cheap. But I can already see a noticeable improvement in the consistency of the air temperature and humidity in my home.

Description of Work: Had a replace A/C system installed for my upstairs zone. Work was completed on time and system works. I had a complete A/C + Furnace installed by Jordan Air in 2012. Had a part that needed warranty replacement, which was done efficiently. That system is much more energy efficient that what it replaced -- lowered my monthly utility bills by a considerable margin.

Description of Work: My home AC stopped working. I called for service and Jordan Air offered to send a tech that afternoon. I was busy so we set up an appointment for the following day for which the tech arrived at the agreed upon time. The tech was professional and courteous. He found that my AC needed to be replaced and took the time to show me the damaged parts and gave an approximate estimate for repair. The tech serviced the AC so that it ran until a new one could be installed. Jordan Air deducted the cost for the service from the price for the new AC, which shows integrity because I probably would have agreed to pay both fees. | |A salesman came to my home the following work day to inspect my house and give a consult on a new unit. He was professional and seemed to focus on what was needed in the house as opposed to his bottom line. The new AC was installed 2 weeks later, which took approximately 11 hours. Again the crew was professional. They showed up about a half hour lated than stated but gave me an appropriate expectation for the time necessary for installation and did a nice job cleaning up after completion. | |I would definitely recommend Jordan Air for this type of service. |

Description of Work: Repaired AC unit. The gentleman who came out was extremely professional and pleasant. We signed a maintenance contract on all 4 units. Their prices are not lower than others but their professionalism and promptness was worth the price difference to us. Definitely recommend this company!!!!

Description of Work: Secondary drain pan was filling with condensate water under the unit in attic. Jordan air serviceman found a crack in the initial drain pan causing water to drip down instead of going out the drain pipe. The pan was replaced under warranty. I am very satisfied with the work and company.
