Joseph called me 30 minutes before his arrival and was thorough and efficient in cleaning my sofa. He even got some spots out that I thought would be there forever. He was personable and professional, as was Caroline in the office. Then today I received a thank-you note from Emily in customer service! A nice touch and a pleasant experience all around.

I knew that some soiled areas would be difficult to eliminate. Those areas weren't eliminated completely but were less noticeable. The workers were super polite and courteous. They arrived on time and took time to explain the process to me. I would definitely call them again for carpet services.
