Scott from Branch Electric came out, figured out the problem quickly, solved it immediately and sent me a clear and detailed explanation of what had been wrong. His bill for the service was very reasonable considering the knowledge required to figure out the problem. The problem was with a rental property, and the repair had to be coordinated with my tenant. I dealt mainly with Office Manager Andrea Branch, who is the ultimate professional. She replied quickly to my inquiry, made the arrangements with my tenant, kept me informed of how things were going, and worked with me to find a way that I could pay for the repair even though I was out of the country when my tenant had set up the appointment. This is a professional and highly competent outfit, and I'm glad to find an electrician that I can trust. I've already booked Branch Electric for another repair job, and plan to continue calling on them for any electrical problems at my other properties.

It went very well. Scott called before he came and he was on time. He was meticulous and even wiped the fixture covers before putting them back up. Branch Electric is a highly professional outfit. Work was done at a high level of quality. They are not inexpensive, but if it is more important for the job to be done right than to save a few bucks, I would highly recommend them for any household electrical project.

Scott Branch was actually the one that wired our entire house when it was being built 12 plus years ago. He was young and fairly new to the business but you would have never known it (other than his young face). We were very pleased with Scott's work and we have encountered many compliments from other workers through the years as to what fine work he did. Though we have used him off and on through the years, today was the most recent job he has done for us. Not only is he extremely competitive with his prices, he takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to do a perfect job. He calls with updates as to when he will arrive (even if only a little off schedule) and when he shows up he provides you with the best service. He is honest, dependable, trust worthy, tidy and does an all around great job. My husband and I have loved watching him grow his business over the years and have recommended him to may friends that share our sentiments. We highly recommend!!!

I wanted an estimate I never received it after two weeks or more. I then called him and still never received an estimate. I had been out of town and connected with him when I returned but since I did not hear from him I decided to call someone else. Branch Electric was not too quick to jump on this project. It seemed that my neighborhood was inconvenient for his team to return to, I really just wanted to make sure I had what I needed for them to do the work. It was not a bad experience but I feel that I gave him ample time to respond but it was too late. The other company I called returned my call, showed up, looked at the items to install, gave me a price on the spot, then returned the next day and installed my items.

Excellent. I simply bought the fans; the technician provided wiring in the crawl space from the electrical panel to the fans.

After a few weeks delay (due to scheduling a subcontractor to dig the trench), Branch Electric came on time and spent all day doing the work. After the main work was completed, they went the extra mile to test everything: generator, outlets, etc. Some adjustments were necessary to the fuse box, and they persisted until every detail was taken care of. We found Branch because our electrician (who'd previously worked for a national franchisee) went to work there, and the thoroughness and professionalism are consistent with what we'd experienced with his work before (at both our home and workplace).
