We Care Heating and Air

A couple of years ago I had we care heating and air install a new a/c unit. Just recently the unit quit working and when the technician diagnosed the issue he stated that it had leaked all the freon out due to one of the copper lines resting on a copper water line and the vibration caused it to rub a hole allowing the freon to leak out. When I asked if it was covered he stated no even though it was a obvious installation error. He gave me a estimate for over $2,000.00 to repair the leak and recharge the unit. I called another company and had the repair done for almost $600.00 less. The technician that repaired the leak stated that if they had the insulation on the pipe farther back to where the line sat on the other pipe this would not have happened. Would never use again.

Very professional and happy to answer all my questions as I try to become a more informed consumer. We anticipate letting one system limp along for a while and replace the system with more obvious problems asap. Received quotes on coil replacement to top of the line system with options in between. No pressure by salesman, either. Very prompt service - they have a large team of service persons and can get to you very quickly even if it isn't an emergency.

I have always heard wonderful things about We Care and had the chance to see for myself when my AC gave out last week. I waited on another company (I always used) for almost a week and then decided to call We Care. They immediately brought me AC Window units to cool my house and then two days later sent three awesome guys. Mike, Cam and dustin to install a new unit. They were professional, kind and hard workers. They spent almost 9 hours at my house and I didn't hear them complain not once. I'm sure it was aggravating because we had a much smaller unit before which is why it took so long But, They were cheerful and professional from the time they started to the time they finished. They took there time to get the job done right and I appreciate that so much. This company is as great as it's made out to be!

These guys are awesome!! They were quick to respond and brought out portable A/C units that kept my house cool the whole time until my unit was replaced. Great service, friendly personnel, and great prices = happy customer!
