OK but not exceptional. Some sod was excellent, some was not. Landscaper has no way of knowing when the sod was cut but I had my doubts about several pallets just from appearance.

He never performed the job he agreed upon.

I have contracted him for the rest of the year 5 times. He is quick and he will come out and do it. He answers the your problems and calls you back.

The process is to hose spray from a tank on their truck. Not sure all the lawn is covered using this method.

The guys come weekly on time during the growing season and biweekly during the off season. They keep my bushes and lawn looking very well in much less time then it would take me to it myself (I have a large yard and a lotta bushes). They are dependable and i have used them exclusively for 6 years as well as a large # of my neighbors.

They accidentally killed my yard by putting too much fertilizers and then they promise me to take care of it and they would go back in the spring but they didn't, they became difficult and resistant to talk so I had to threat them to take them to court then they came to do the job and give me reasonable terms. I ended up paying 2600 for the sod, 5200 for their services, I have a big yard. I would say that the quality of their work is good but the attitude of the management is high handed. My yard is now amazing, I have the nicest yard in the whole subdivision.

Very well. I purchased this house last spring and discovered a worse drainage problem than I had expected. They followed a drainage channel I had dug and put 4-inch pipe in to but which proved inadequate to handle the volume of water. They also raised the gate by 4 inches to maintain a constant grade from beginning to end of the dry rock lined creek bed.

Since this is an ongoing service, there is no finish. We will continue to use the service until we sell the house.

He came out and I seen he didn’t do anything. I kind of fired him. I sent the deal back to him. I don’t think he came out yet. I haven’t paid him as yet. He comes out in the spring and does some treatment. He said he did the treatment but I have too many fiery mouse still in the house. You get what you pay for and he is cheap. You never know when they come by. If they come by the day I can see them but most of the time I am not quite sure how responsive they are other than that the work is done. When they came out to do the estimate he was pretty good. They do the estimate and you are not there because the lawn is outside. I won’t be using him again because I would go with somebody else.
