The refused to do work that was originally agreed upon and that I requested. Upon multiple disagreements of the home and the price, they walked away from the job with my money. They tried to put the cheapest things in my home and never went for quality merchandise. For example, I wanted brown shutters and windows, but they convinced me to use black because they had received leftover materials from other jobs. In my den, we had a fireplace my husband put in after we moved in. It was a very nice fireplace. They tried to install a small, cheap fireplace against my will after they took my quality fireplace out of my home against my will.
Description of Work: My home was lost in a fire. They were hired to come in and completely take my brick house down and build me another home that was better than my previous home for less money than what the insurance company would cost.
