Description of Work: Difficulty getting an estimate appointment. Apparently staff does not pass on messages to owner/estimator, because when the owner answered the phone, I was able to get an appointment. I thought the appointment went well, but I've received no estimate to date. After several phone calls, I'm unsure if the staff does not pass on messages or the owner does not want to travel to my North Macon location.
