Description of Work: We brought a washing machine, they bought it two days to get it to the house and after unpacking the door was all bent up. They took two weeks to get it to the house. They were not the least apologized.

My last experience for appliances was okay with what I had with my freezer. I used Sears for that and I had insurance on it. It was under warranty. They did it in one day. There were no unexpected issues that occurred. I didn't have to pay.
