I called this company to have them come pickup our mower. They left me on hold for 20 minutes. When they finally came to the phone, they refused any business that wasnt related to warranty service through Lowes or Home Depot. All though it looks like they do good work, they are not available for the normal customer, just the large businesses and warranty work.

Very helpful but the counter was very busy and few behind the counter. Very professional, worth the wait. Helped unload and very friendly. Large work backlog had to wait several weeks. Great job, no complaints.

The prices at Powerhouse Equipment are reasonable. They were quick and fair. I would use them again.

After having this Troy-built mower at two other repair shops that had not done good work at all, I found Powerhouse on this list. Excellent customer service when nI took it in and the same when I picked it up. Everything is working like new. Definately the place to take mowers and other yard power equipment.

My 12-year-old Honda lawnmower had been running rough for about a year and was starting to burn oil on starts, but about a month ago it just refused to start at all. I took it to Powerhouse Equipment for them to try and fix it unless it would cost more than $100, in which case I asked that they call me first. About a week later they called to let me know that it was fixed, and that the cost would be $58. I picked it up a couple of days later and it's been running like new ever since. I'm impressed by the quality, price and timeliness of their work!

It was amazing because the cost that was on the listing was much higher than what I ended up paying. They did a good job on the repair and the lawn mower runs well.
