They are courteous. They always call me. They gave me the best price. The technicians who come are good. I have had some issues with the office staff once or twice.

Initial inspection was done in December 2006 when termites are not active. Treatment was done in January 2007. They just did a trench treatment in accessible areas. In April 2007 I found termites eating a baseboard in the garage. I called the company and the manager came out. He noted that the first treatment was woefully deficient and said he would have a crew come back out and completely re-treat the house to include drilling through concrete/bricks as necessary. A crew came out and did a half-way decent job. They did treat the whole house but they did not clean up after themselves where they drilled the holes. They made a real mess. I called the manager who came out, agreed with me, and sent the crew back out to finish the job right. Unfortunately in June 2009 we discovered termites eating our dining room wall. By this time there was a new manager, Tom Kelley. He and his repair man came out to the house. They came back out and spot treated the vicinity of this infestation and the repair man, Charlie, did an excellent job repairing the damage. Finally, unbelievably, in June 2010 we discovered termites eating the wall near our fireplace. We called Tom and he came out to inspect. This time they came back and completely re-treated the entire house using a stronger chemical as well as drilling into the bricks. I believe a great deal of this re-work could have been avoided by doing a first-class inspection and treatment up front. I learned so much about termites that I can inspect for them now. Tom Kelley did do an excellent job trying to make things right. Peachtree's price is very good, but if I had it all to do over again, I think I would go with Orkin.

I pay about $300 for that service. They are effective and I don't have bugs. The technicians are friendly. I had a problem with the company, but somebody took over the company and it is now good. Their prices were comparable with everybody else.
