Excellent! They were professional and friendly.

They found that my chimney has been totally blocked off and capped in the past so I am unable to use it as intended. The guys were professional, extremely nice, polite, and honest. They cleaned up my fireplace very well when they finished, put everything back like they found it, and then they took the time to sit down with me and discuss the approx cost of removing the blockage if I choose to do so in the future. The young man even got his ipad and showed me various other options I might want to consider, and thoroughly explained each option. I highly recommend this company and they will be the only one I will call in the future!

I felt as though the price was too much, they charged extra because they had to drive a little further. I feel like the most you should pay for a chimney cleaning is about $200.00 - $250.00. I was happy to pay for extra driving but the extra charge was excessive. I need extra work done on my chimney, and because of the extra charge I will not even consider using this company again.

I called Wayne and left a message to schedule a cleaning. His message stated he would call back in 24 hours, he called me the following Tuesday (I called on Friday). He stated I should get a cleaning and inspection (as we haven't had one since buying our house 2 years ago) and was quoted a total price of 205.00 which, based on reviews on this page, was more than I had expected. However, we decided we had to have it done. He scheduled us for the following Wednesday (10/1) and stated he would call us back with a time. He never did call back with a time but I figured maybe he would on Wednesday when he could give a clearer estimate of when he would arrive. So my husband stayed home all day waiting for him to call and or arrive. By 1pm there was no word from Wayne. So I called his business and his message stated that due to a medical emergency that he was not accepting any calls for chimney sweeping nor would he be doing any sweeping and not to leave a message. Fine, things happen and I hope he and his family are okay, but if you had time to leave a message you could have called your already scheduled appointments to advise them you would not be arriving. That in my opinion is just good business. I will not be calling back for his services, should he decide to re-open for business. What a shame too, based on the reviews on this page, I was looking forward to a great experience.

Wayne did a great job with my gas logs. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the product. He answered all my questions and addressed any of my concerns. Highly recommend this company.

We had contacted other companies before having the work done (cleaning our fireplace and chimney) and found him to be very competitive, and because we wanted to support a local business we went with him. We're very glad that we did, for Wayne was excellent. He arrived on time and answered all our questions fully before he started. He was very careful to protect the floors and furniture before cleaning and made sure everything was in order afterwards. A true professional and very nice person who we will call again when we need more work done on the fireplace.
