Description of Work: I did not use them only because my plans for the project changed. I spoke to Mr. Lamb during the pricing phase of the project. He was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with in the construction industry. Even though he did not have to, he spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me giving me advice and information on how to proceed. He is a wealth of knowledge and I was extremely grateful! He has been deeply involved in the industry here in the state of Georgia for decades and it shows. If you want an honest, knowledgeable contractor and / or architect that is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, then give them a call.

+ -1 moreStarted construction August 2011. Outer shell was completed within 6 weeks, including roofing. Has to tie new building into our old building. Floors in both buildings are cement and they were less than 1/16" difference in height. Roof lines were exact. Took great care in finishing inside.
Description of Work: Bob built a new building for my factory. This is the second building he has built for us. As for the money, all of his estimates were to the penny. No surprises. Very flexible if you change your mind during building phase. Finshed building appraised for much more than we spent!
