Ken's started in 1978. We have grown to be one of the largest independent Audio/Video/Car Stereo stores in the Southeast. We service everything we sell in store and in home by certified technicians.

He told me I would tear the radio player up if I tried to remove the dvd. He advised me to replace it. I did and it didn't work out for me and advised that I pick out another one. I still wasn't happy and they refused to give me a refund and stated that they didn't give refunds. As I was leaving, a technician gave me my dvd and stated that the dvd just popped out. They ended up giving me my old radio back and it worked fine. I will never return. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: Took my car there to get my dvd out of my radio.

We had to pay upfront before he would come out. The repair was made and he was pleasant and professional. So far, so good on the repair. It was a "lamp" that seems to only last about 2 years on the big screen TV's.
Description of Work: There was an extra charge for the repairman to come to the house instead of us bringing it in. We have a 65 inch tv so that was not feasible.

Avoid this place at all costs, super expensive. Charge $110 to look at anything, and you dont get that back! Sales staff not very friendly either.

We charge $110 diagnose fee to check equipment into service, which goes to the Technician for his time. This upfront charge goes toward the repair of the item. So no one losses any money. If for some reason the unit is not repairable, a portion of this can go toward a new item. We have not been in business since 1978 by luck. KEN'S is a good place to go to for electronics. They are very good as far as the service, the delivery and the setup and follow-up after the sale is concerned. I would definitely recommend them for electronics and I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We have used KEN'S. We bought a television, a stereo surround sound system and also a car radio from them.
