Elizabeth & Alex are nothing less than incredible! I called after hours (around 10:00 pm) after we noticed small water spots in our ceiling resulting from previous repairs....Elizabeth advised they would be at our house the next morning by 09:00 am to provide an estimate to preclude any further damage and to get us taken care of. They arrived on schedule and was able to quickly identify the problem areas and provided a detailed written explanation. Alex even climbed into the narrow attic space with a flashlight to ensure he knew exactly where the leak was coming from and how much damage (if any) was done. Elizabeth provided us with the estimate same day via email to ensure we were taken care of quickly and the problematic issue was working inbetween heavy rain storms for several consecutive days. They watched the weather closely and stayed in constant contact with us (via email/text/phone) to ensure we were "o.k." and no major changes or more damage had occurred. This is where we soon realized how much further "above and beyond" and that we were dealing with true professionals as not only did they take the time to match perfectly our shingles to maintain integrity and not repair the area by creating an eye sore with different style/color, but the recommended sealant could only be purchased from a masonry specialty store that is located in Macon. As soon as the weather let up, they were at the house with the correct shingles, sealant and tool. Immediately Alex started working on the roof and much to our surprise, Elizabeth climbed up to assist to ensure an expedited repair as another storm was coming in. Alex must have worked through at least two storms, maybe three and when down pours started he had the entire areas covered well with plastic to prevent any water leaks through the exposed areas and waited patiently for the storms to pass so he could resume the repair work. We would have incurred serious roof damage (without their on point/on target assistance and professional demeanor. While there, they advised the life expectancy of our roof (estimated 5 yrs remaining) and that they would be happy to help us at that time and could provide us many different types of options for review (metal, shingle, etc.). WOW!!! These guys truly know what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" entails and we agree with their motto: "Simplifying your roofing needs. We have Quality NAILED Down!" HiTech Roofing completed the work on an incredible timeline (liteally working around the weather) resulting in the least amount of damage AND at an extremely reasonable price with a military discount. This IS a first class business that keeps their customer's best interest in mind.....we have asked them to return for another project and have them on "speed dial" for any future "unexpected moments." Elizabeth advised that if they couldn't do the work, she would find someone who could. One stop shop for any repairs - LOVE IT! Thank you Elizabeth and Alex, you guys ROCK!
