I called to have broken storm door glass replaced. I was given a price, to which I agreed, and was told that a technician would measure the door that very afternoon or the following morning, which I assumed was done. After not hearing back from them for about a week and a half, I called to check on the status. Office person said she didn't know anything, that she would page the technician. She called back several hours later that she could not reach technician, that someone would call me the following week. So the following Monday, a technician called and said that, if it was okay, he was going out to measure the door!! I politely informed him that it had been two weeks since the original work order was placed and the measurement to have been done, and that I would simply be calling another company that would hopefully be more professional and reliable. If I'd called someone else, the door would already be repaired by now!

My Son ordered a back glass on his truck. The person who measured his window ordered the wrong part. They did not communicate the error to my son. Then they convinced him to leave his vehicle overnight to get the work done in the morning. It was not ready. He ended up asking for a refund and had it done for less money from another company. My family will never call on these people again.
