It was excellent! They were always on time and professional. They have never disappointed me and I have used them many times.

Went bad and had to replace

I'll never use them again. They're not that good. I didn't like their service. Pricing is probably within line with most. About five years ago, they put in heating and air unit system for me. At that time, they're supposed to submit the warranty in order for me to get 10 year warranty. It's typically their job to do that. My upstairs part went out and they fail to turn the paperwork in to extend the warranty so it was no longer under warranty. I argued with them so at the end, they decided that they would give me a new one but the only way they would do it is if they put it in as well and I have somebody else who's licensed too who was going to put it in for much cheaper than what they were going to charge me. They would not give me the product and allow someone else to put it in. I had to use them so therefore, I had to pay their price.

The guy that came out couldn't find out why it was leaking, but put in a new shut off valve and some suction. It turns out that the blower was bad. I had to call them back and told them that there was still water dripping into the pan. I was not impressed that they wanted to charge me a second trip when he didn't find the problem the first time.

Georgia Cooling provided prompt and professional installation of a replacement heat pump system for our upper floor. We had used them in the past for servicing and repairs of our older systems and to replace an aging downstairs package unit. We chose them over others because of past experiences and their pricing was competitive. Their installation team was fast and courteous. We did have a small problem a week after installation that was an issue with an existing condensate drain that may have been clogged. The new system had an automatic cutoff if it detected water and shut down the system. After calling their number a technician named Hutch called and led me to the problem and corrective action within minutes without having to visit on a Sunday. Awesome. Anyway we will continuous to chose Georgia Cooling for heating and cooling needs.

They're just very friendly, and very punctual. They did a very good job. They cleaned up. I haven't had any problem. The system works great. They gave me a warranty. They did a quick work on the warranty, I didn't have to do anything with it. They're very professional.

Bernie, one of the owners came out, gave us the price and within a few days had the unit and it was installed. First year service was included, I have since had them twice each year next scheduled time is June 2013 for summer tune-up. The unit he sold us is extremely efficient, no complaints at all. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new system.

Made appt for technician to come assess our air unit for a Monday at 4:00 pm. Nobody showed, no phone call to us. Called them at 4:30 they said there were 4 people ahead of us. We called them back at 8:30 pm asking if they were still coming, was told if it was as emergency he could come but that they were backed up. Well its triple digit heat outside and its not much cooler inside. We agreed on the next morning before 10:00 am or 5:00pm, no show, no phone call. Now there is a lightening storm going on, so probably not going to come this evening either. So how hard is it communicate with your customer if you are going to be late or not show at all? Bad business, bad professionalism. Apparently we were pushed back on the list several times. Will never try to do business with them again We understand emergencies happen but this is just unacceptable.

They do a great job. They are very professional and prompt.

They fixed it quick and everything went okay. They came the next day instead of waiting for 2-3 days. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them if needed.

They were fine. They were very prompt in responding. They are very good and we've used them before. They are great. We didn't compare their price and we've always used them since they installed it. They are really good.

They did a great job! I had gotten a couple of other bids that were over $2,000.00, so I was extremely happy with them.

Our old unit was original and was worn out. They came in and explained the entire operation, gave us choices of what unit to use and suggested what was the best for the area and out budget. Had the unit replaced in one day when they said they would.

They do good work, but seem to be a little more expensive than everyone else. It was late on a Friday when the AC went out. It was after hours so they charged me over time. I called about 5pm and they got here around 6pm; I think they charge way too much for the after hours service. They do good work, but I probably wouldn't use them again in the future.
