My washing machine hose broke and cause a mini flood in my home. First Response was quick, professional and very respectable when responding. The process went very smoothly, quicker than I would have though and they worked directly with my insurance. I would highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreEverything went great. They responded immediately and were very professional and courteous. They stepped in and handled everything with the insurance company and got my house back to normal!
Description of Work: The provider was called after a hot water heater burst in the crawl space. My wood floors started to buckle, but they came in and saved them, dried everything out and removed the mold in the crawl space.

Description of Work: Water heater leaked with a lot of water leaking into the basement. within 20 min of my call on Father's Day weekend they responded with a full staff and within one and half hours they had all the water up and damaged material removed. Then they set up all drying equipment and the next business day worked directly with my insurance company. This not only save time but, also freed me up to take care of my business. They were a big help to me with a solid staff behind them. Accourding to insurance company they were a little high but you have to put that into perspective. I feel they were very professional and concerning with my issue. They knew what to do without hesitation. The reason I called them was a friend of mine had an 80% burn out of their home. This company took very good care of their needs as well as did the total remodel job for them. They recommended this company to me and I would recommend them for any emergency you may have.

 + -1 moreMy experience has been a night mare...threats made from the company, I was called a b**** by the owner. we have now gone to court. they have changed the story 3 times on what happened to my floor even blaming my 2 small little girls....I wouldn't use them to dry out my dog house!
Description of Work: water heater in attic came apart and flooded a large section of my downstairs. they were hired to dry out my house. instead they ruined my solid wood floor, did not dry out the area completely. they left huge scratches on my wood floor and what didn't get dried properly buckled the rest of the wood!
