Description of Work: They put in a water heater, price was high, compared prices after the fact regretfully. The second guy with that was with Andrew stole my steamer. Andrew has been to house before and nothing was missing, the guy with him.

 + -1 moreWalt was professional in every way. He refused to settle when one of the doors would not close properly and got it exactly right. He worked quickly and took the time and care to clean after each area's work was completed. We were also kept apprised at every stage of the job. We couldn't have been more pleased!
Description of Work: Walt came by and fixed 3 sets of doors that had various issues. He also took down an existing kitchen light fixture and installed a new one.

Description of Work: I received an estimate for cost of repairing my roofing damage from rain and hail storm. I 've use Cornell's handyman service in the past, that is why I call they 1st., but the estimate was higher than the other estimates that I received. therefore, I did not use them this time

 + -1 moreI thought it went really well. The company was extremely responsive. We called three different handymen and they were the only ones to return our call. They were also able to recommend an excellent painter. I will use them again in the future implant to this year.
Description of Work: They fix the leak in our upstairs bathroom. After that the ceiling had to be repaired.

 + 0 moreThe job went fine, Mr. Cornell went to get supplies before he came to my home. He put a new floor in the cabinet under my sink, I was amazed how well it turned out.
Description of Work: I am selling my home, Mr.Cornell did some cabinet repairs, fix the storm door, replaced a fan, and some pluming repairs. He was very professional and really seemed to care about doing a good job for his customer. I really am glad I called him, I am very pleased with his work.

 + -1 moreI contacted Mr Cornell to get my house ready to sell. They were very prompt and fast when the work began. The house needed some painting, carpeting (carpet cost not included in price), power washing, mowing, etc. All jobs were completed professionally and well done. They even came in for a few hours on the 4th of July to address a few items. The house was empty at the time and I just gave them a garage door opener to do the work as they needed; which was left in the garage when they were done. If I ever need handyman work done in the future I will definately be giving Mr. Cornell and his team a call!

 + -1 moreThe Service Technician- Andrew Releford, the painter and the sheetrock guy was friendly, professional. Andrew oversee the jobs making sure the jobs was satisfactory, also Andrew work alone with the guys. They did not rush the jobs to finish. I like that. After they had finished and left one item was not connected back due to the wires had pulled loose, I call Andrew and he came back the same day and connected the wires. That said a lot about this company.
Description of Work: Repair ceiling due to leaks in 2 areas, textured complete ceiling, prepared walls to be painted, painted room, emboss concrete floors to eliminating imperfections for smoothness to install vinyl flooring in 2 rooms.. Drying time was a issue with the walls and ceiling, that slowed the progress. Overall you cannot rush joint compound. Everything they moved out, they put everything back.Total of 8 days completion. They did a very good job.

 + 2 moreOur house was burgarlized while we were away. Mr. cornell came within 45 mins to secure our home and fence. The next day he called from home depot to help us pick out a door. He replaced the door frame, door, molding and painted. He was kind and concerned about the attack on our home. I felt very comfortable knowing he was taking care of my home. Definitely using him any time i need something in the future and highly recommend him. He made a bad situation so much better!
Description of Work: Replaced back door, frame, molding, painted and fixed our fence. And so much more!
