Description of Work: Purchased my first house through Coldwell, and went very well. Did not have any of the issues you hear from horror stories while buying a house.

 + -1 moreI listed a house I own in Cochran, GA which is where my mother lived until her recent passing. I went with Coldwell Banker because I live in Florida and wanted to deal with a national firm. I chose realtor Dee Bunn at random since I don't know anyone who works there. Dee was extremely helpful in finding great people with good reputations for me to hire to make repairs on the house and paint it to get it ready for market. They did an incredible job for a very fair price, and finished the work quickly. Dee was also great at keeping me from going overboard with improvements that probably were not necessary for the house to show well enough for it's modest asking price. The house has been for sale for about a month now and I have had no offers, and I will update my review when the house is sold. The $4,000 figure above is the estimated commission once the house sells.

Description of Work: I dealt with Roxanna Shepley at Coldwell Banker SSK. She listed my home for sale and showed us houses in the area that meet the needs of our growing family. She did an excellent job of staying in touch with me and informing me of new listings that meet my criteria. I would recommend Roxanna to anyone needing to buy or sell in the Warner Robins area.

 + -1 moreOverall we have been very happy with our experience and would recomend Lisa Mora to anyone buying a house in the area.
Description of Work: We started our home buying adventure with another local company (Fickling) a year beofre and were very disapointed. Then we stumbled upon Lisa Mora at Coldwell Banker. She was very helpfull and took the time to help us with every asspect of finding a new home. Lisa was able to take time out of her schedule even on Sundays. In four and half months we looked at no less than 40 houses. Through it all she was patient and understanding. We placed bid after bid on house after house and for one reason or another backed out on contracts and she never once acted like we where wasting her time. Finally after months of searching we found our house! If it hadn't been for Lisa helping us thru our first home buying experience we would have given up months ago.
