CIRCLE H BACKHOE

They seem to have replaced the drain field without any problems. Their work was approved by the county environmental health department. However, when I called half way through about the ground being left a mess and pavers being broken and missing, the owner was very unprofessional. He repeatedly yelled at me about not being a landscaper, and threatened to walk off the job if I insisted on him replacing the pavers. When I hired him, he told me that he takes care of everything after a job is done, to include leveling out the ground and repairing anything that is broken in the process of doing the job. To me, the upset caused by his disrespectful attitude is not worth ever using this company again, even if they offered a discount.

Over the weekend we had a back up in our plumbing and contacted a plumber who came out and determined our septic tank was full and needed pumping out, they don't do that service so we would need to call someone else for that job.. So first thing Monday morning we called the company we usually use and found out they no longer work in our county, but they recommended Circle H Backhoe and gave us their number. My Husband called and spoke with the lady who answers the phone, she was very nice and helpful, she said she would try to work us in that afternoon or the very next morning. She gave us a quote to get the septic drained and it was cheaper than what we had been paying the other company. She took our number and said she would call us back with a more definite time. Fortunately they were able to work us in the same day, come to find out they worked through their lunch in order to accomplish that task. Most impressive. They arrived promptly when they said they would and did a great job. It turns out we are going to need the drain field (which the other plumber told us over the weekend too) redone and they were able to walk us through the process and because of their absolute honest and professional manner in how they handled this job we will definitely be using Circle H for the drain field job. They were able to drain the tank for now, they offered us great tips and advice on what we can do in the meantime while we begin the process of getting permits and inspections to get the septic tank repairs done.

My husband and I worked on this clog from Saturday afternoon until late Sunday night. I called Circle H at 0745 Monday morning. They sent someone from Neighborhood Plumbing at 0830. His snake stopped at 40 ft and he was concerned about doing damage to his equipment. We began talking about a more expensive plan "B". He didn't give up though. He finally broke thru the clog using all 75ft of snake.

When Circle H Backhoe finished with our sewer we could tell a huge difference in our water system. He is very knowledgeable about the septic tanks. He did not try to sell us any services except what we asked for. He also provided tips in order to help with the longevity of our septic tank. We were very pleased to have a family run business. They were very personable and honest!!!
