Description of Work: We called the company to obtain an estimate for repairing a leak after a rain storm. Mr. Campbell came to our house and gave us an estimate of $175 plus said he would replace a missing ridge vent at no charge. Told my husband that he had a job to finish in Ft. Valley and repair our neighbor's roof who had the same problem that we had - said he would come out and do our's in a couple of days. That was on a Wednesday - we called again on Friday to find out when he would be out to do the work and was told that would be the following Monday. Needless to say, he never came back and has not returned any messages. We were very disappointed especially after hearing how good he is!
