Apple Enclosures

5 Stars! My online request for a pool enclosure quote was answered the same day and a topline price offered from the answers to a couple questions, basic measurements and two photos. We chose Apple Enclosures from the 3 companies we asked to provide quotes to proceed with the project. Toby scheduled an onsite appointment to see the site and talk about options. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The quote was received the next day. It was very reasonably priced. He explained about the projects already in progress and when they expected to be able to start/finish keeping us informed along the way. The build crew (Billy, Gary, Scotty, and Aaron) were prompt, highly skilled and hard workers. My office overlooks the pool area, and I watched in interest as it started to take shape and observed the intricacies of our particular structure. It turned out better than we imagined, and the best part is that it has made our pool as maintenance free as it can be. We have not needed to do anything to it since it was cleaned after the build was completed. We could not be more thrilled. Thank you Apple Enclosures for an absolutely awesome job!!

They were professional and hardworking. They really work with you within your budget to get you what you wanted built. Their workers were prompt all the time, everyday to do the construction. The construction was built in a timely manner, within the time frame they gave us. I think that's very good.

Last year we had Apple Enterprises install a Sunroom for us. The team at Apple enclosed and screened in the bottom portion of our porch and than installed the Sunroom. I would give the team at Apple an A for the job they did with this project. I would use Apple Enterprises again if the need ever arose.

The initial installation was just okay. They caulked the windows with white silicon and a year later the caulking had turn black with mold/mildew. No amount of scrubbing pressure washing would fix it. The molding around the door came loose. Before Gary quit working there we had no problems getting things fixed. The molding came loose again. No amount of calling could get them to come out fix it. The owner got beligerent asked us how many times did he expect us to come out to our house. The siding has a lifetime gaurantee!! He told us if we complained to BBB he would never do the work on our house. Totally unprofessional.

I was so impressed by the excellent workmanship and very beautiful result when Apple Enterprises constructed my pool enclosure, that I followed with a request for the sun room. Again, their work was entirely professional,and I was extremely pleased with the result. Unfortunately, there was a minor problem but the vendor worked with me to reach a resolution which was altogether satisfying and honorable. I recommend them highly.
