I called John on the afternoon of jan 7, he gave me a price and i agreed to it , he was out the next morning by 10 am in 15 degree weather , he had the old one out and the new one in by 11:45 , very professional , very good service,i will definately use him again!

Awesome service! I called Advanced Plumbing for the first time around midnight when I had a water spewing from a pipe behind my water heater. I spoke with John who was there within 15 minutes of me calling. He replaced the pipe and fixed the leak within 30 minutes. I was worried about it being considered an emergency call and costing more, but he doesn't charge extra for emergency calls. Great guy and great company! Highly recommended!!

We discovered a leak in the yard after lunchtime on Tuesday. We checked Angie's list for a recommendation. Mr. Wright's company had good reviews so we decided to give him a try. He showed up about 30 minutes after we called him and began his work. He had to dig out the dirt to reach the pipes, make a trip to the store, and had the problem fixed shortly after. What a pleasure to find an honorable businessman!. We highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second time we needed Advanced Plumbing Services to help us. This time we had a drain blockage on the second floor bathroom that resulted in the toilet drain blocking, and the shower water to essentially flood out from under the toilet. John came immediately to address the problem, cleaned the blockage, and got the drains flowing again.

Noticed on Friday night about 6:30 PM that we had no hot water. I called John with Advanced Plumbing Services to set up an appointment. He told me he could be there within half an hour. He advised that I had a bad thermostat and that he could replace it. Since my water heater was 17 years old, I asked him for a price for a new one installed. He quoted me $600.00 and said he had one on the truck. I gave him the go ahead and by 8:00 PM the job was complete. Advanced has done work for me in the past and once again I'm amazed by their punctuality, professionalism and price.

I originally called John Wright Construction and Remodeling to do a major remodel of my laundry room. John also owns Advanced Plumbing Services, so I am splitting this review between the two companies, since they were both onsite. As far as the plumbing work, they relocated all of the water, drain and vent lines to new location in laundry room. While they were here I also had them install a new dishwasher. All work went very well with no issues at all.

It went great! I will definitely use Advanced Plumbing in the future.

No problems. The leak was repaired and the ceiling work just needs to be painted (scheduled for tomorrow).

I call Advanced Plumbing Services to look at one of my rental houses. I have had multiple leaks through the years and wanted an explanation as to how this could be addressed once and for all. John showed up at his scheduled time and explained that my rental home had poly pipe. He explained how he could run all new water lines in the house to eliminate the poly pipes. I was given an estimate of $2,579. This price included repairing and painting all damaged sheetrock. I called two other companies for the same work. The other companies told me they would not be responsible for the holes that would be cut in the walls and that I would have to find someone to take care of that. Of these two companies the cheapest one was $3200. I called John back and set up the appointment. He and his men showed up on time and completed the job ahead of what he had scheduled. Their wall repairs were flawless. I could not have been happier. It wasn't until the job was done that John explained he had also replaced the line from my meter to the house as well. When John presented me with my bill, I was surprised that it was only $2,279. He did extra work and charged me less. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Thanks again to John and his entire crew for an incredible job.

He (John) was called late in the evening on a Friday. He came over checked out the damaged that was done and quoted me. He called first thing the next morning to let me know he was on the way, which I appreciated. He and his team installed the water heater made minimal mess and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the service and my son liked them as well. I would definitely recommend them to use. Was also informed that he does other services as well. Planning on calling them back when I'm ready to replace my floors.

Called Advance Plumbing Service because of a water line leaking under one of my rental houses. They stated they could be there in 30-35 minutes. About 20 minutes later, they pulled in the driveway. John quickly located the leak and turned the water off. John explained that I had a 3/4" hot water line leaking and that he could repair it for $60. I told him I was expecting it to be more being that it was the weekend. He explained that his rates were the same any day of the week. Because his price was so reasonable, I asked him to give me a price to replace the water heater as well. The tenant had complained that the hot water ran out very quickly. John checked out the heating elements and thermostats on the water heater and determined that the lower element was bad. He offered to repair it rather than selling me a new one. I appreciated this gesture but I had him give me a price for a new water heater as well as fixing the leak under the house and his price was $675. I was very pleased with that price and told him to go ahead. John immediately called another one of his guys to bring a new water heater and he started with the leak repair. Within 1 hour and 20 minutes of his arrival, the leak was repaired and the new water heater was installed. I could not have been more pleased. When John handed me the invoice it was only $625. I told him he had quoted me $675. He said that the job went exceptionally smooth and that $625 was all I owed him. I could not have been more impressed with Advance Plumbing Services punctuality, professionalism or price. I will be using them from here on out for all of my personal plumbing needs as well as my rental properties.

Called Advance Plumbing Service in reference to my toilets not flushing and my tub not draining. I didn't expect anyone to be able to come out because it was about 7:30 PM. To my surprise Mike explained he could have a technician out within a half an hour. When the tech arrived I explained the problem and he immediately started looking for a sewer line cleanout access around my house. When an access could not be located, the technician explained he could dig up the line and install an access for any future issues that may arise. I liked the idea of having an access permanently installed, but as late as it was, I didn't want to do this at night. I asked what my options were and John, the tech, said he could pull the toilet and access the line that way for a price of $90.00. I really wanted the cleanout installed and asked how much it would be to have him come back the next morning to do that. He gave me a price of $350. I agreed to that and he called his shop to set the appointment up for me. John then explained he was going to pull the toilet and "run the line", as he put it, so I would have drainage. I asked what this charge for this would be and he said the $350 would cover it all. That night John pulled my toilet, cleared the line, reset my toilet and cleaned up so well that I could not tell he'd even been in my bathroom. He showed up the next morning right on schedule, dug up the drain line, installed the cleanout and again did such a good job of cleaning up, that I could hardly tell he'd even been digging in my yard. Both of the people from this company that I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional and I was very satisfied.
