They've been working on our pool for about 28 years, and everything is going well. They're conveniently located, their prices are reasonable, and they always do good work. They offer free water testing, too, which is helpful.

The cement pool deck started cracking and sinking within 6 monhs of installation, the company finally sent someone out to fix it a year and a half later only after reporting them to the BBB. It seemed like they had no experience in cement work but once they stained the deck it looked ok. this was done in the fall so when the swim season started we found that the stain they used was as slippery as ice when it got wet and had many kids fall from this. i left numerous messages with the company owner but he did not have the courtesy to call back. I had to hire another company to fix the slip issue as well as all the new cracks and sinking that was still going on. The price to redo the pool deck was going to be very costly so i just had the deck textured to stop the slipping. AAA pools says they are customer service oriented but only until you point out the poor workmanship.
