I had an email notifying me that the report was ready prior to leaving the location of the inspection. He was thorough and honest and I value honesty above all else.

He was very professional and friendly and he was extremely helpful with maintenance tips as well as home improvement and safety ideas. Asked Mr. Fetz about possibly doing a pre-inspection on our home before we try to sell it (asked for a quote). We talked about our home and was told that the price depends on the house specs. The price varies with the square footage of the home, other buildings (like a detached garage or pool house), on the premises etc. Also, was told that his prices are very competitive with other inspectors in the surrounding area. Mr. Fetz was very polite and very professional.
