 + -1 moreThe installation was not done. Also they never measured anything prior to ordering the glass.
Description of Work: They call me to get measurements I gave the inside Height and Width. When the glass arrived i was given an installation date and the installer was early (NP). However, the installer said they ordered the wrong thickness.He said it was as thick as my door. As required he took it back the Barnes Glass. Then I received a call from the owner accusing me of giving the wrong measurements. When I said I had not given the thickness of the dual pane glass, he said,"I knew you would say that." He refused to make it right so I suggested I would got elsewhere. He agreed but kept my $100 deposit. Never again. The job was done by a competitor, and I am pleased.

Description of Work: I ordered an octagon-shaped mirror online and when it arrived, the mirror was defective.

 + 0 moreFrom the very beginning they were professional and prompt. The office called and set an appointment to have the windshield replaced and confirmed the make and model of the RV. The service guys were about 30 minutes late but were very friendly and efficient. After the job was done I received a call from the office to make sure I was happy with their work.
Description of Work: Replace the windshield on a class A RV.
