Gene was supposed to contact me. He did not. I called on several occasions and was told that Gene was coming over that day, or that he had already been, or that he would call me. No one ever called me from that company and I had to contact another appliance repair company. This repair person took the front off the dryer and said that was the only way to repair the dryer. Mitchell had never attempted to do that. And Mitchell had caused more damage with his wrench. I asked the new repairman to let me know how much of the bill was attributable to the damage that Mitchell caused and I asked A & B Appliances to reimburse me that amount. I did not receive a reply. The Better Business Bureau tried to help. Finally Gene from A&B offered to take that amount off my next service repair bill. As if I would ever use them again!
Description of Work: I had accidentally dropped a fork into my dryer's lint filter opening. I called A&B Appliances to remove it. Mitchell came by, was unable to remove the fork, and dropped his wrench in there, too. He said that the owner, Gene, would need to handle it.
