Purged Cleaning Services did an absolutely amazing job! Team Melissa was outstanding! They were thorough, professional, and polite. They were also extremely detailed and included little touches that you would find at a top 5-star hotel. Best cleaning service we've had. We would definitely recommend them!!!

The service was good. They did a good job.

It went perfect! Tina and her crew of two more came about 9:00AM and were to clean as many rooms of my home as they could in 3 hours! They split up the jobs and got right to work. I couldn't believe how detailed and systematic they were - the house looked fabulous when they were done! Much better than I ever could have hoped for! Everything was spic and span and I really don't think it has looked this clean since I moved in 14 yrs ago! I have two large dogs and some cats in house so it was wonderful to have all that loose hair removed from the floor and the furniture! In fact - each room looked so bright and beautiful that I hated to start living in any of the rooms again! Anyhow - I will definitely use them again and much more often than I had actually thought about doing.

Tina was unbelievably detail oriented and my house has never been to clean smelled so good! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for honest, Christian based and friendly team for cleaning! I always though my house was pretty clean but now I can say with confidence that it is really clean and am so pleased with the job they did.

Unimpressed. I asked for only 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, DR, LR and kitchen-all small- to be cleaned. The people were very nice but inefficient and took over an hour longer than I had paid for. After the 2 hours with 3 cleaners, they were nowhere near through so I was essentially forced into another hour, costing me 100.00 more than I paid originally. They were still not finished when they left after 3 hours. I have had a house cleaner in the recent past who cleaned all of that plus another bedroom and the library in 2 hours with just one helper... for less money and at least as well. My rooms are small so I know this was not necessary.

Team Melissa did a great job, especially on my shower. I thought I was doing a half way decent job at keeping it clean - but after they were finished I saw how much my cleaning skills were lacking! And I've never seen my stainless steel refrigerator doors look so nice! Everything they cleaned was done well and I certainly would recommend them.

The crew was very polite and were very detailed. The house definitely needed a lot of TLC and I feel it got what it needed. The cost was way over what I expected. They were here almost 10 hours and I knew it would be more but not that much more. Ultimately though, I think the quality of work was worth it. They are very detailed and I appreciate that. They wiped down every surface and it eases my mind just knowing that things are clean (I inherited this house and was trying to keep it up from a long distance). The house looks great and smells much better! Over the years, I had hired at least 2 different companies to do a monthly service, and every time I came to the house, it looked like no one had ever been here. So for this I am grateful and I am planning on using them again on a monthly basis since the deep cleaning is now completed.

It was just mediocre. They just tried to spend the 6 hours as much as they could. They couldn't really get a lot of things done. There were no extra charges. I didn't get the value for my money. That was my problem. They were pretty high priced. Quality was good. Responsiveness was fine.

The two employees were prompt and polite. They let me know when they arrived that with the sqft of the home they may run over a little and asked me if I wanted to prioritize what they focused on or purchase an extra hour if needed. I purchased the extra hour for $75. The house looks great. They focused on deep cleaning on the kitchen, appliances, and tubs/tile to start. This took the longest but also was done very well. They took the time to vaccum out all of the furniture crevices and windows sills which I thought was a little above and beyond the norm. Overall very pleased with the service and will use again.

The quality of the cleaning was fine, although they missed a couple of pretty obvious things, like a large sticky stain on a glass top table that came right off when I cleaned it after they left. The problem was not the quality of the service, but the price. I purchased a 6 man-hour package for $195. I live in a 2500 square foot house and after 6 hours, they were no where near done. They estimated that it would cost another $125 to finish. By the time they were done, the total charge was $395. Although they are pretty through, this is ridiculous for this size house and felt like a bait and switch from a price perspective. I've used services in the past that were comparable in quality, but finished the whole job in 3 hours with 2 workers and only charged $105 total, which is reasonable. It also took multiple follow-up on my part to even get the appointment scheduled. I will never use this service again.

They did a great job. On task all the time, thorough, and very professional as well as friendly.

I think it went fine. They were available in the city which I needed them. They service the location I was in.

Good. They were here soon after the purchase date. It cost $149. They seemed slightly green on whats next type of thing.

The owner of the service was very good, but her helpers were fairly new and not up to par when it comes to cleaning houses. A little unorganized.

The company was very responsive in getting my cleaning scheduled. This was the first time I have ever had a house keeping service so I didn't quite know what to expect and had a lot of questions. They were very patient in explaining everything to me. The crew arrived within the first 30-minutes of the 2-hr window and got right to work. I came home to a wonderfully sparkly, clean smelling home. I am now pursuing a reoccurring schedule of cleaning with this company!

It was alright. The service was okay. They had to reschedule because of the snowstorm. The second time they came, it was alright. I suspected that there were three of them for an hour. They did their job and it was okay. They charged the same amount. They said if I want extra hours, then they will charge me an extra.

Tina is one of the nicest and sweetest ladies that I have met. She and her team even came early to get a head start on the job. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They will find dirt in places you didn't even realize had it. We will definitely be using Tina and her company in the future for house cleaning.

They were a little later than expected but when they arrived they right to work. They did the best job of cleaning our shower that I have ever seen. I have super high expectations on cleanliness of my home and they exceeded it. Will definitely be having them back!

I purchased a $99 deal for 6 hours of cleaning. Purged Cleaning were wonderful. They sent three people, and when they had finished, the entire house shined. They divided up the rooms, and each worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

They were short a person this day, so timing was wonky, but the did call ahead and share the issue with me - it happens. I would have liked to have seen a bit more done that was accomplished, and feel one person worked quickly while the other was much slower, however will give them another shot before providing a definitive response on accomplishments in the time period.

FANTASTIC! The owner, Tina, came out within one week of me initially calling. She had two other ladies with her, and they worked the entire day. It was obvious that this home had never been cleaned thoroughly, even with the two previous owners. Every surface was dusted and scrubbed, even ceiling fans and cabinet tops. Every bathroom (3 full and one half baths) were scrubbed, swept and mopped top to bottom. Every crevice in the kitchen was cleaned, including pulling out appliances and scrubbing behind them. As well as cleaning out all vents: fridge, bathrooms, appliances and all ventilation sources. All floors were swept/vacuumed, and all hard surface were mopped. When they were done, everything sparkled, and the house smelled clean and fresh. They showed up on time, were professional, thorough and some of the hardest working people that I've ever seen. I know that my house was a mess, but they never made me feel badly for it. They were kind, warm and so polite, to me and my family. This is some of the very best money I have ever spent in my life. What a difference these ladies made to me and my family. Thank you, Purge! If I ever need cleaning in the future (and I bet I will!), you will be the one that I call.

The company was late showing up after 4 pm when due at 2 pm Of the 3 persons that showed up 2 wee not dressed Professionally and clearly were in training mode which placed much stress on the lead cleaner. I would never recommend thus company as they appear to have more work than they can handle and cannot retain professional staff.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Purged Cleaning are very, very professional, extremely thorough and have a true passion for creating a sparkling clean home. I have very high expectations and they more than surpassed them. After the first trial cleaning, I have hired them on a regular basis. More details below: We just purchased and moved into our Atlanta home which was in severe need of a detailed cleaning, through and through. On the first visit, they were prompt and called a half hour before arriving. Upon arrival they asked questions to ensure they were clear on my cleaning expectations for the house. They immediately went to work and did an unbelievably great job. Their attention to detail is the best I have ever had in the 20+ years that I have hired house cleaners. For example, they scrubbed grout lines in the shower stall to the original color, and removed all the built up mold in the nooks and crannies. They scrubbed caked-on grease on the range, and range hood bringing the stainless steel to a brighter shine. They rubbed in between all the kitchen cabinetry indentions to get old spilled food spots. They dust to the tenth degree, getting every single glass bottle. On the second visit, I had an afternoon appointment, however, the local forecast called for snow and sleet that afternoon. I was expecting a phone call canceling my appointment, instead, they called and asked if it was okay that they arrive in the morning. I was expecting two people, like the first visit, this time there were four cleaners, and they orchestrated their tasks just perfectly. In summary, I just can't say enough about Purged Cleaning Services. They take house cleaning to a whole new level.
