The team was thorough in their cleaning and I was very pleased. Some dusting was not completed in a guest bedroom only because they ran out of time. Although they arrived a few minutes late, they gave me the entire 6 hours of cleaning. I would use their services again.

They have never contacted me. I purchased the package just before Christmas so I wasn't too concerned that I didn't hear from them then. I have been away dealing with family medical emergency but I plan to contact the company when I get home. I had to answer some questions to submit so I said no to hiring again but I might if they do a good job.

The two ladies did an excellent job. But it seems to me that they could have done more than three 1/2 baths in three hours. Nevertheless, they were very thorough with what they did.. There were schedule conflicts.

Good once they got there. They had to reschedule due to illness & then were half hour late but did well once there.

It went really well. We've hired them on a regular basis. They are very organized and hard working.

Tammy (business owner) is extremely detail oriented, fast, friendly, and efficient. She obviously loves what she does and is eager to please the customer. Areas she cleaned were spotless!

They did fabulous job. Have to say they're surely OCD when it comes to cleaning.

Home is occupied by only two adults, has four bedrooms, three baths. What they actually cleaned was top notch but was disappointed that we had to pay an extra hour for a total of 7 hours and some of the rooms were untouched. Vacuum was not run in 2 of 4 bedrooms, we had to pay an extra hour for the floors to be done. Invoice left was had another customers name and details. No follow up call.

It worked out fine. It was everything they said they would do. It was very professionally done.

Purged Cleaning Services is nothing short of spectacular! We have gone through many different cleaning companies and individuals (found by word-of-mouth, review sites, etc.) and have finally found THE BEST! Five years ago we did have a great cleaning service, but they barely spoke English. It was difficult to communicate, hence our search for an English-speaking top-notch cleaning service began... < Although we have many horror stories, our only success story is finding Purged Cleaning Service! And they aren't just a "good" service, they're excellent, exceeding all expectations. Very detail-oriented, through, great communication with what you'd like done (and English-speaking!), VERY hard-working, prompt, friendly, and trustworthy! And you can easily customize the type of service you'd like. Some companies don't do windows, or deep cleaning, etc., but Purged does it all! I believe they even do organizing, if requested. < To tell you a bit about the job: Our house is very large and we're still in the process of moving in and redecorating. Some of the rooms on the main and second level we had them ignore, as they're filled with boxes or just too disorganized; as well as, the entire finished basement. But even still--it's a large area to clean. The home's previous occupants didn't keep up with cleaning (to put it nicely) and were pretty **** ** the house. And since we moved in, the kitchen floors hadn't been cleaned more than vacuuming and sweeping, and they're light cream-colored (!) ceramic tile. Turns out they're very light cream-colored actually, as we found when Purged cleaned them! And the grout is much lighter too! Who knew? They did such a thorough job, and this wasn't even their deep cleaning service! Their were rubber marks all over this one door, for instance, and they even cleaned them off! I think by the time they left the rooms they cleaned were cleaner than they were since the house was built! The place looked magnificent. < Ask for Melissa or Toni, the owner! For our job, Melissa and two other cleaners came out and worked incredibly hard, and we were able to extend our time a bit longer. We had the 6hrs cleaning deal (in our case 2hrs and 3 cleaners). Melissa was beyond fantastic. She's extremely detail-oriented, hard-working, and dedicated. She seems to never tire! She takes pride in her work, and it clearly shows! I am so happy I found Purged and Melissa too!

They are an excellent group to work with. I did get an email from them the next day with the date of our first of bi-monthly service, which we had not asked for. I have to call them to tell them we did not request this. It was a bit annoyed when I received the email.

The owner was very nice and was willing to work with my schedule. She ended up having to reschedule my cleaning when one of her employees quit unexpectedly, but she promised the job would get done. I was supposed to have 2 employees for 3 hours each (I purchased a deal they had.) When her employees got to my home (2 came at 7:15p; 2 came at 8:20p), not only were they late (supposed to arrive at 7p), but they were SLOW...AND left at 9:20p. With 4 people, they cleaned 3.5 bathrooms, half a kitchen (I'd already told the owner not to clean the appliances, as I was replacing them), and a master bedroom...with FOUR people. Remember, the house is vacant, was not in bad shape at all, and there was nothing for them to move out of their way. Of course they were happy to stay for an additional $125/hour to "finish" the job. I think NOT! I would never use or recommend them to anyone. Do not waste your money or patience.

A crew of three came in and in 2 1/2 hours the house was sparkling clean.

The two woman that came intentionally cleaned slow in order to to try to sell me additional time. In 3 hours they only cleaned 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would not recommend this company.

Everything about Purged Cleaning and Tina, the owner, was truly amazing! We had an very urgent, last minute situation and she showed up at night and cleaned everything beautifully. We had some additional work for the next morning and she had a crew at our house that was so quick and meticulous that day too! Purged Cleaning saved us big time from a huge embarrassment and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommend!!!! Will contact Tina again I have absolutely no doubt!

Tina, the owner, and two additional ladies came to my condo. They were very detail-oriented and worked non-stop. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Jen & Tori did a fantastic job - miracle workers! My daugter trashed the basement after 6 years of living there and never cleaning anything. Jen & Tori made it look better than the day she moved in!. Outstanding work without having to e told what to do. They worked tirelessly the whole time! It really sparkles now - I will definitely hire them again!
