Description of Work: the owner accompanied the crew and they did a great job. Communication with them in setting up the appointment was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: So I bought the $99 Angie's list special for 6 hours of house cleaning. For a while I had to chase the company for scheduling a house cleaning visit. And then finally a date was set. I had to take off from work early so that I could be home for them to perform the cleaning service at home. But they failed to show up. The lady on the phone was very helpful mentioning that there was a medical emergency with one of the cleaning crew members and worked with me to get a future date and also provide some cleaning hours for no additional charge. | |On the day, the crew showed up well before time and I was very appreciative of it. A crew of three came in and started immediately on the bathrooms. And each of the crew spent at least an hour on the bathrooms. The bathrooms were cleaned well, but I thought, they could have done the same job in a lesser amount of time. Nevertheless, they were very thorough. | |There was some misunderstanding on how many extra hours, I was getting for no cost; but it was resolved and the crew spent every minute of the extra time also cleaning. They cleaned the sinks, wiped the windows, the kitchen counter-tops and vacuumed the carpet floors. They did refuse to wipe or dust the blinds as it was not a part of the package. The last thing the crew did was mop the floors (as time was nearing an end) and I thought they could have done better with the mopping. I found quite a few spots after they left where they had not mopped and I had to clean it up myself. | |Overall - was a good experience and I would consider using the services in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased this provider's Angie's List coupon for a team of three people to spend three hours cleaning a house that I inherited, a house seriously in need of cleaning. Am I glad that I hired them! The woman who booked the appointment, Anita, was very professional. She helped to get me on their schedule as soon as possible. And, even though the house was a mess, Tina and her team were absolute miracle workers and turned the grimy bathrooms into shiny clean ones. She and her crew members showed up right on time and worked hard the whole time. I have already called to hire them again, this time to help me clean the basement (which was not part of the original job). I didn't know what I was going to do with a big dirty house -- but now, thanks to Tina and her crew, I have one less thing to worry about.

Description of Work: They promised 8 hours of cleaning or 2 hours with 4 workers. I have my doubts that more than one person showed up. They admitted that they was there for approximately 6 man hours only. Showed up late and only cleaned the bathrooms (2.5), floors were left uncleaned through out the house and that includes the bathroom, the kitchen was untouched. (I have pictures of the mess that was left behind.) | |They even had the nerve to send a picture of my bathroom and tell me it was dirty. Well to be honest if the house was clean I wouldn't need their services. | |I had moved out and needed someone to clean before the new owners moved in and she left me in a bind. I called and complained asked her to go back and make it right or to please refund my money, her response... I cleaned your house and I won't go back until you pay me for more services. To add insult to injury she left a note for the new owners (I have a copy) to explain she hadn't fully cleaned and I didn't want the 8 hour cleaning... which is what I paid for. | |I WOULDN'T USE THIS SERVICE IF IT WAS THE LAST SERVICE AVAILABLE!!! I still want and feel I deserve a refund since I had to bring in someone else to finish what they didn't do.

Description of Work: They cleanded our home. 3 people showed up and one spent 1 1/2 hours |+ on the shower trying to remove grout residue thinking it was soap scum. They were slow and not very thorough. Then they went over the time without even discussing what the extra charges would be. The service was purchased for $159 and then they tried to charge me an additional $300. Ended up settling at about $200 extra.

Description of Work: Could not provide me with just one cleaner (because of my dogs, three cleaners would not work out) I had been made to understand initially that there would be just one cleaner coming. The dogs would then be put in a room where the cleaner would not be working at the time, etc. (Too hot to put the dogs outside, even for an hour.)

Description of Work: A team of 3 arrived to clean around 3pm. I explained what I needed and they went to work right away. I had paid for certain hours and we went over by 1 hr so thats why the increase in price. I will have them back soon.

Description of Work: We had special $81.00 for 4 hours, they sent 4 people for. 1 hour, asked for basic clean, they did a deep clean and took an additional 45 minutes and charged $ 71.00, I felt scammed.

Description of Work: Organized 2 closets and 2 dressers. Very friendly, fast and easy to work with.
