Description of Work: UNBELIEVEABLE company !! They cleaned door knobs, light switches, Windows , blinds and everything else in my home! Extremely detail oriented ladies - every one of them. Tina is the owner and was cleaning too. She has these lovely ladies trained very, very well. What a fantastic job! I will be using them on a regular basis. Thank you for having them as a member!!!!

Description of Work: They intensively cleaned the kitchen, blinds and bathrooms. Overall, it went very well. I would happily employ the lady who was in charge of the others. The other two, not so much. They cleaned well, but they cleaned very slowly.

The homeowner called to schedule. My scheduling coordinator got his day set. A couple of days later he calls to cancel. We have notes recorded where he called to cancel. Then the day that we had gave him as his appointment, he calls using profanity to my scheduling coordinator.. We like to cover our bases and that's why we always take notes and keep records... Yet I don't see how this review is fair when all we did was cancel his appointment like he had requested.

Description of Work: They cleaned a rental property of mine, were the tenant left it in a mess. There were lots of bugs all over house. For the 2.5-3 hrs. that they were there with 3 folks, There did a great job of making the place a lot more bearable to begin major rehab work on the property.

Originally homeowners house was scheduled for 2/29 then he called and cancelled, unfortunately the scheduling coordinator didn't take it off of the schedule for the 2/29 appointment. Then on the day of his 3/29 appointment We then had a crew leader out sick the and I called to let him know that I could come, but it was going to be an hour past his appointment time, he said that didn't work for him .then he sends a message though Angie's list that he wants a refund. That is why we didn't persue to get him rescheduled!!! Sometimes things are just out of my hands , but I really do believe in going the extra 5 miles.

Description of Work: Cleaned two of three levels. Had to pay them an additional $100 to finish the second level! Not happy about that. The one worked quite slowly-the owner's daughter. The other cleaner worked much faster. They never got to the walk-out basement level. We're very particular on cleaning projects, they did check with us often; I appreciated that. However, I cannot afford their regular price, so won't be able to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, 2 children, 3 adults and 2 pets. The reason I gave them a B for punctuality is because they actually came early-no inconvenience at all, just a pleasant surprise since we were having a birthday party that evening. They were courteous and friendly. The cleaning job they did was A+ and the detail work was excellent. We will use them again on a regular basis.
