Description of Work: I am unhappy with Angie's list as well as Purged regarding this entire transaction & at the very least, would like my Angie's subscription refunded. After purchasing a cleaning package & providing a myriad of dates, I Never received a call to schedule the cleaning. When I contacted them, THREE WEEKS LATER,they said it was an issue with Angie's computer system which Angie's list admitted to but said that Purged should not have shared that with me. Why not? Why should Purged take all of the blame? When scheduling, Purged asked if I had any special circumstances & I told them I had logs to dust,ceiling fans to clean & 3 ovens to clean. The girls were not informed of this and showed up with NOTHING to accommodate cleaning these items so they were either not cleaned (fans), not cleaned properly (logs) or cleaned by brute strength alone (ovens) with a scraper. I felt horrible for them. They worked much harder than they had to after they had already had a very long day (didn't start my house until 3:30) & then got hit with looking unprepared & having to work even harder. To top it off, I had to pay for extra time because those items took longer than they should have.

Description of Work: I received a call early morning of the day of cleaning saying that two ladies had called out and they would have to postpone the cleaning. I explained that it had to be that day because the following day a photographer was coming to shoot pics for putting the house on RE market. She moved mountains to make it happen explaining it would be late in the day. Atlanta traffic at 5pm held them up, but they called and let me know. The three ladies who came already had put in a very long day of work. But you would never have known it. They came in with smiles and a willingness to get the job done. They worked hard until 8:30pm and had a sweet spirit about them the entire time. I was very impressed. The next day I received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was pleased with the work. I am a business owner and understand how things happen with employees that is out of your control. This owner did everything in her power to take care of me that day. I could not have been more pleased.
