Great experience from beginning to end

Not good. We were very clear about the budget when we first set up the appt as we only charge our tenants $250 and we then pay on average an additional $250 each time for a total of $500 for cleaning. In fact, I pulled the invoices from the companies we previously worked with for cleaning and not one exceeded 6 hours with 2 people for this house. The only reason we weren't working with the prior firms this time is that the new tenant needed to move in quickly and our regular firms did not have availability. Just days before the cleaning the Purged business owner contacted us and said she was excited to clean a home like ours so she would personally handle our appointment. She then started telling me she wanted to bring extension ladders for our 35 foot ceilings and she wanted to clean the windows. I explained that was unnecessary as we hire a window cleaning service, etc each year. I again reminded her that we only wanted a good move out cleaning and she admitted she did not have the notes from our original request. So I told her everything again. She also asked if I could arrange for her to access the home on Friday evening instead of Saturday morning. We made this happen and got someone to meet her. On Friday evening she was late and the person we had meeting her reached out for an ETA and never received a response at all. I apologized to the friend that had waited. Anita then explained that she had a team leader abruptly quit that morning. I told her that we would have someone meet her at the home no later than 9:30am the next day and she agreed and began telling me about her faith. I'm a person faith as well, but her statements sounded more like excuses. Well, the next morning, Anita did not show up on time and once again, I had to follow up to see how late she was going to be as our friend had another engagement. Minutes after Anita arrived she called to ask once again if I wanted her to climb on top of the cabinets to access the tips of cabinets that no one can ever see as they are about 20 feet off the ground, I explained that I did not want to waste time and money on such things and would simply like the home cleaned for the executive moving in. And I could go on and on. The bottom line is this firm is unprofessional, inexperienced and most importantly, they do NOT listen to customer requests. This was the way the entire service went with them, and most importantly after all of that and her not remembering that the home was three levels (again, she did not have her original OR secondary notes as we made that clear too) so she ran over the time. This also resulted in basic items like counters and window sills on the main floor not being touched. These are basics and well within the $500 budget we gave her. Yet, she went over budget $612.45 and still could not get the basics done. So, I would not recommend this company at all. It was a horrible experience and just not worth the drama. We paid them and pray they will learn to act with integrity and provide stellar service if they are going to tout your faith.

It went great! The crew were very professional, and they did a great job (especially on the master bathtub). There seems to have been some scheduling confusion, because the crew arrived at a time when I wasn't expecting them. (Long story short: I was asked to reschedule, which I did, but the crew ended up coming on the originally scheduled day, just a bit later than the originally scheduled time.) But all and all, I can't complain.

the Purged cleaning team more than exceeded my expectations. Positive attitude, high energy level, and a commitment to pleasing me with their cleaning. The reviews I read did not let me down. The team arrived promptly, and split up their tasks. I was fortunate they were able to offer me more hours than original commitment and thus provide more detailed cleaning. My black tiled shower looks brand new. I don't know how but could not be more pleased. I found the owner very easy to work with and will definately commit to a cleaning routine. 3 cleaners arrived and worked for 2 hours. My home sparkled when they left! Pleasant, timely and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company. A job well done! Thanks

Tina and the other two ladies did a great job and were very thorough. They were very professional in their communications, follow-up and attention to the work, especially compared to other companies I have hired off of Angie's List. I wish I had found them years ago!!

The crew was professional, friendly and very detailed. They did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again.

AWESOME! The deep cleaning was exceptional. While the price was expensive, and caused some concern, the ultimate outcome was well worth it. I was so impressed with the outcome, I am hiring them on a permanent basis. Would highly recommend their service.

We pay $140 every two weeks. It seems like each cleaning is a deep cleaning.

Great. Tina and crew were very meticulous and thorough.

They come every other week. They come on Tuesdays. They are terrific.

Very bad.... I mean it. They were late but called so no issues. Customer service person was courteous. So okay. However, when started cleaning, they were so slow. They wanted to run the clock to complete 6 Man Hours so that they could get paid and leave. Three people could not clean 50% of what two people normally clean. After the clock ran out, they left. They did not clean all baths, kitchen, did not vacuum basement/main floor. There were three people and each was extremely slow. For example, it took one person more than 30 minutes to clean a TV Stand. I don't blame the employees, I blame the company. I really got ripped off. After they left, we had to clean the whole house again (less 50% which they cleaned). Please be careful. I wish I checked their ratings before I hired them. They don't deserve any more than an F or D from me.

They had to reschedule for later in the day (actually at night). They did a pretty good job of cleaning except - I didn't like how they "mopped" the floors and my window blinds were still dusty after they were done.

Purged Cleaning did an awesome job! Tina (owner) and her staff works very hard and things sparkle when their done. I have hired Tina for all of my house cleaning needs. If you are looking for a great cleaning service I recommend Purged cleaning for the job!

The individuals were courteous, professional and worked continuously. Clearly explained what they would accomplish after discussing with me exactly what I wanted them to do.

They did a good job on cleaning/polishing the floors in kitchenan,d breakfast room area, howeve, they were late in arriving and one of the workers had to be assisted by another worker. I paid for 6 hours of heavy cleaning and I believe more work could have been accomplished in that length of time. I specifically asked for all the door frames to be cleaned and one of the dirtiest ones was not touched

Fabulous! Tina is just incredible! I can't think of enough good things to say about her and her crews. After seeing her tackle the original mess, I asked her to start coming on a regular basis. I really look forward to those days when I can come home after she's been there. :)

My home was in serious need of a good cleaning and Tina and Summer were up to the task. They were very methodical and thorough. I have hired many cleaning services over the years and I can honestly say that Purged Cleaning Service is the best I have ever had. I rated a B on responsiveness because there was a delay contacting me after I purchased a certificate from Angie's List. Tina explained that she did not have my phone number. She did eventually a-mail me and we set up a date and time. From that point on, she was very responsive and communicated the day before my service and on the day of service to keep me updated on her team's arrival time. I definitely recommend Purge Cleaning Service.

I had a good experience with them. They did what they said they were going to and they did it well.

IT was good. They were very nice. There were a few scheduling issues but they tried really hard to fix those. They did a really good job, my only concern was the didn't get as much done in six hours as I expected. Like one girl spent an hour cleaning the powder room which is small and wasn't very dirty. So it was that kinda thing where they didn't get to, like they ended up doing the kitchen and the three bathrooms in six hours and none of them were horrible horrible. It just seemed like that could've been done in three to four hours. The girls were very sweet and they worked very hard. It was the end of the day when they got there and one of the girls grandma had died and she needed to leave so the other girl said she would stay and work longer. She was in the kitchen for about three hours. They were very sweet girls. Everything they did they did really really well. But I could've cleaned that powder room in 20 minutes. I'm not sure what took so long, but overall the value was good and I was glad I did not have to do it myself. I did not want to say anything negative or give a negative review. I think they were short handed and not prepared for the volume. There were some scheduling issues. They wanted to move the day they were scheduled but I couldn't change my work schedule so we just changed the time. They called at 1 and said they were running late and came at 3.

Arrived on time, did not stay one second beyond regulation time, even though there was some additional work needed. Got the impressiom they wanted to get away as quick as possible.

We had to cancel visits but they were totally responsive about re-scheduling, including coming on a Saturday to fit us in. Pleased with the service.
