The team showed up on time. After I showed them the whole house and the areas I wanted cleaned they went right to work. They spent 8 hours cleaning. Tina, the owner even cancelled two other clients she had scheduled so she could finish cleaning my house. In the end, the house was sparkling, I was very pleased with the job they did and they will be coming every month from now on.

This provider was very gracious professional and easy to work with and the attention to detail was impeccable. We have used cleaning companies in the past but it was Tina and her team's attention to every minor detail of cleanliness and the finishing touches around the house that sold us. They turned our house into a show house& we will definitely hire them for regular service. I recommend them to anybody looking for a detail oriented cleaning company. My only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner

Despite us being out of her service area, the owner honored the special and scheduled service. The team that came did a good job and we were pleased to have them come. If we were still in her service area, I would continue to do business with them.

They did an amazing job. The attention to detail in the cleaning is great. Things that I would have never taken the time to clean us spotless when they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is refreshing to "get what you pay for !!" If I can work it on my budget I plan to hire them on a regular basis. Also, the job ran over the time that I had originally paid for. So I agreed to pay the extra for more time. Later Tina text me and had mistakenly over charged me. She went out of her way to bring me the money back....I never would have known. That speaks highly in my book when someone is so honest!! Thanks Tina (and crew) for a great job!!!

I bought a big deal for this service and they were fine. They were nice and the work they did was good. They cleaned two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. They worked a few more hours than was specified in the big deal and charged me $79 more dollars. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. I feel like the extra they charged me was kind of expensive. The extra she had said one thing and it was more than she originally said, but I don't have people clean my house typically.

We contacted Purged Cleaners about doing a by-monthly cleaning and spoke to Tina, the owner. She came our home and after looking at the whole house suggested we do a deep cleaning first and they would clean "every surface in the house". We were reluctant at first but Tina convinced us we would be very pleased with the results. Tina and her three person crew arrived at 8:30 AM on 3/30/2015 and cleaned until 7:00 PM that evening but didn't finish. They came back the next day at 8:00 AM, this time with five person crew and finished by 11:00 AM, because we had a doctors appointment that afternoon. We were very pleased with results and they did clean every surface of the house! Tina and her crews were professional, they also use their own cleaning equipment and supplies, and were very thorough. We are very pleased with the job and will now have them start by-montlhy cleaning.

We live in a large home, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, living & dining rooms, and large family room and kitchen areas. We have never found anyone that could properly clean our home. We contacted Purged Cleaning and Tina, the owner, came to our house and suggested that they deep clean our home and explained that they would clean "every surface in our home". This sounded good but also concerned us since we have a lot of collectibles. Tina insured us she would do a lot of the cleaning herself and supervise her crew. They cleaned our home in two days, fourteen hours total, with a 4 person crew the first day and a 5 person crew the second day. They also furnish their own cleaning equipment and supplies, no more broken vacuums and buying cleaning supplies! They did a wonderful job and our home has never been so clean! We have scheduled them to do bi-monthly cleaning.

These gals are great! They did an excellent job.

I left messages and they were unresponsive. I am going with another provider.

Tina arrived promptly at 8:30. She asked if there were special needs for cleaning in the house. I told her I was especially in need of cleaning of the cabinet fronts in the kitchen and bathrooms because of dust from renovation work. Other than that, I needed the rest of the house cleaned as she would usually do. Her help arrived and they began to work right away. The floors shined. The bathrooms shined. The kitchen shined. The whole house looked like new. I am planning to schedule with Purge on a regular basis.

It went quite well. They cleaned my whole house. They were professional and courteous. I will surely use them again.

Service provider was willing to honor the deal but they are more than an hour away and wanted to charge additional fees.

We recently completed construction on our new home and never fully controlled all of the fine sheetrock dust and dirt that remained from the building process. Although we keep a neat and organized home, I could not believe the difference after Tina Ingram, proprietress, and her team came in for a "deep cleaning" of this house. I was so impressed and pleased! Her level of commitment to quality work and professionalism was refreshing! Tina was so eager to please (which she certainly did!) and expressed appreciation for the opportunity. I can't express enough how nice it is to see someone who takes such pride in doing a great job and I will now look forward to an ongoing service with her company.

They have cleaned a few times for me now and sometimes I just ask for a deep clean randomly. A crew of three ladies usually comes and they are efficient, listen to our needs, and my fiance is a dust freak and will check with his finger... he loves them and they do a great job. Christian based which I love and so polite. I would highly recommend using them and I will be calling them again soon for another cleaning. I wont call anyone else...

I couldn't have been happier. They did a great job, and Tina is very kind and considerate. They exceeded my expectations by cleaning every single thing on my counters, not just wiping the counters, and the shower has never been clearer! It was a joy to have them in my home,e, and the results were very clean! I will definitely keep Tina's number for any future needs!

Tina and her helper arrived at 8:00 am. They were prepared with their own supplies and ready to work.. Around noon the helper became sick and had to leave. That left Tina alone with all the work to do. She didn't stop all day. She finished at 8:00 that night. I have never seen anyone clean as well . She took the ceiling fans apart to clean them. Everything in the house was touched and cleaned, The master bathroom shower was horrible. It took Tina 2 hours to clean it and after she was finished it looked like new. No one had ever been able to do that. The house was immaculate. It had never been so well cleaned. I have had other cleaning companies but was never happy with the job they did. Something was not cleaned or only half cleaned. I found a jewel with Purge Cleaning. Tina is the owner she is a wonderful person and her business is not only just a job but her ministry. If you want a sparkling clean home don't look any further. She is the BEST..

Tina did an exceptional job cleaning my house!!!! Her attention to detail is impeccable. She did such a good job that my mom requested her information and has since used her service. She had already cleaned two other homes by herself because her co-worker had called in sick that morning. Instead of rescheduling for another day she arrived around 5pm that evening and worked until the house was sparkling. She was very cognisant of time and was able to complete the work within the allotted time. On top of that she was very cheerful even though I know she was exhausted. I've cleaned houses before and it is hard work. Tiny Tina has the determination, strength and customer services skills that make her successful!!! Thanks

The owner, Tina, came out and previewed our home. She was very nice and hit it off with my wife immediately. She gave us pricing and options based on our home. She bent over backwards to get our home cleaned before Christmas. She arrived when she said she would and did an amazing job. I will use her again in the future, and I would recommend her to others.

Tina and her co-worker did an awesome job cleaning my house! I was very satisfied with the results and the detail they put into the cleaning. They were very professional and also very accommodating! I called Tina last minute to clean my house for a Labor Day party, and she was able to schedule me in on very short notice. I would definitely use Purged Cleaning in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

Tina called me back the same day I purchased the "Big Deal" for 4 hours of housecleaning for $79 and we scheduled an appointment. Tina and her two assistants were excellent. My house looked and smelled amazing!!! They are a blessing!
