The company was punctual and professional. They were thorough and did a GREAT job of cleaning the space (which included moving items, and organizing)

Tina, the owner, was very sweet and open to what I was wanting/needing cleaned. My original thought was to have them help me wiping items that were in storage. When they got here, I was not ready to go thru the boxes, so she detailed 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and vacuumed up stairs. Tina was very detailed on a lot of things, but seem to look over other areas (i.e. baseboards in bathrooms, cobwebs in corners, etc ). Tina did have to ask to use one of my magic erasers because she left hers in a different car. Luckily, I had one, but I think she would have benefited from more. She also commented a couple times on how dirty my shower was. I personally don't need to know how dirty my home is. It wasn't as clean as I would like (because some weeks are busier than others), but that is one reason I chose for them to clean my house rather than go thru boxes. All in all, they did an excellent job! I was hoping to have more cleaned in 2 hours, but I know it takes time.

Team Mellisa and crew did a fantastic job cleaning our house today. They came in and really did a thorough cleaning and was very efficient in the time it took. My wife was very impressed and whew would definitely recommend their services to anyone needed their home cleaned. Great job all around!

Tine, the owner was so thorough, professional and kind that I will continue using her services. Our house hasn't been this clean in 10 years. Sh worked tirelessly, and gave me exactly what I requested.

On a trial basis, Purge was to clean the main level of the house once a week. The owner appears to have a lot of energy, attention to detail and a strong desire to make your house shine. The first week, the team of three included one person who was not experienced in housecleaning. She was later let go, the owner told me. The new team did a very good job. Than it fell apart. The team leader texted me that she was leaving the business and was starting her own business. It did not appear that the owner had a tight rein on her employees. Despite her claims that her new team leader was better and more detailed oriented, I was very hesitant to use them again as I had lost confidence in the business's ability to hire and retain employees. I felt that the price was rather high for the work done, although for the most part the team did a good job.

The team was very nice and professional. They did everything I asked them to accomplish. Especially my Bathrooms, they took the longest and hardest spots to work in but they look great now!

Cleaned the home exceptionally well. The crew was friendly and did a great job. The only negative was that they arrived late due to the appointment before mine taking much longer than planned. I purchased a deal for 8 hours of cleaning service. My house took an additional hour which was an added charge. The final price was a little higher than my usual cleaning service but I feel that the work Tina and her crew performed was worth the extra cost. I have already arranged for Purged Cleaning Service to come back.

The service was provided in a very professional manner. We booked the service (i.e., $79 for 4 hours of housekeeping) to be started during a two-hour window, which was met. Three ladies worked together for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the total of four hours. Since they estimated it would take more than four hours to clean the entire house, they asked our priorities. We wanted every room except the kitchen done, which they accomplished. The three ladies vacuumed, dusted, mopped, and cleaned the entire house (except the kitchen) to our satisfaction within the agreed timeframe. They used their own supplies and equipment and worked well together. They worked hard and did a good job. We plan to use them again.

AMAZING! Tina and her crew were on time, professional and extremely caring and hard working. My house has never been so clean. They dusted and cleaned everything, and I mean everything. They were a pleasure, extremely nice, and we plan to have them back again. I can't say enough good things about them, you will not regret hiring Purged Cleaning services!

I was looking for a new house cleaning service so I purchased four hours of house cleaning for $79 to see what quality of service Purged would provided. I spoke with Tina the owner to set up a time for my first cleaning in May. The service was absolutely fantastic. Her team of three cleaned my house from top to bottom. The attention to detail that went into cleaning my house was impressive. The team lead inspected the work performed by the other team members to make sure it met Purdge standards. The cleaning team was courteous and obviously wanted to to a good job. I was so pleased with the cleaning service that I ended my search for a cleaning company and Purdged now cleans my house every month.

We got off to a rocky start since I was not contacted in a timely manner. However, the owner did apologize for the delay in getting back to me. We sat a date for today 8am and the owner called to say her cleaning crew was going to be late due to having issues with the directions. This was no big deal to me since I go into work late today. The 4 ladies who cleaned my house were polite and Melissa explained what they would do after I showed her what all I wanted done which was two bathrooms, vacuum every room, dust, wipe down the kitchen and mop. Melissa said they had an hour since there were 4 of them to do all this and offered to stay longer if needed for extra money. For 30 more minutes she quoted me $55.00 which is more than half of what I paid to begin with. So I told her no. In approximately an hour every thing I wanted done except the dusting was done. I am very happy with the cleaning that was completed but disappointed the dusting did not get done. Teri called me to see if I was pleased and I explained to her I am very happy with what was done and really didn't understand the whole house cleaning business and how that works. She explained to me it really depends on the size of your house and how much and what you want done. I have never had my house professionally cleaned so this has enlightened me. I would recommend Purge to my friends but would advise them to ask more questions. I do wish Angie's List would have given a little more detail as far as $79.00 for 4 hours. This is a little misleading.

All the women were very pleasant and professional. I felt that I could trust them without careful scrutiny at all times.

This was my first experience using angie's list. Disappointing. Very friendly owner, but extremely rushed & distracted on the phone. Would not give a general estimate on the phone - not even a ballpark deep clean followed by a weekly/biweekly estimate. Insisted on seeing the house first. Set an appointment day - she could not specify a timeframe, so I made arrangements to stay home all day & wait. Surprise, no one showed up - all day. No call to cancel. No call to reschedule. No call even to this day. I figured her business is way too busy for her or she is a very poor business manager. Either way, I am sad angie's list pushed so hard to sell me her "deal" without really knowing about her company. This left a bad taste in my mouth for angie's list recomendations.

VERY VERY POORLY communicated service is the best way to start this review. The end result was a house that still needed to be cleaned, and a morning wasted arguing over the information posted on Angies List and the services rendered. Keep reading if you want the full review - I've purchased 6 services from Angies List the past week and a half as we are getting our house ready to be placed on the market, and this by far was the worst of all the pre-purchased services from Angies List. I believe the woman who runs this service is a hard worker and a genuinely good person, but not necessarily the best business manager. After purchasing one of her many packaged cleaning specials ($119 for 6-hours of cleaning), the owner made initial contact with me through the Angies List messaging inbox (which is an absolutely pain in the a*** if you are listening Angie) and asked what specifics we had in mind for the cleaning session. I explained very clearly the size of the house, along with the condition and that the house would be completely empty as we have already moved into our new house, giving her the ability to deep clean the key items for us, including the carpet, hardwood floors, baseboards, countertops, bathroom floors and fixtures. She never questioned a thing when we first spoke, only mentioning that she does lots of deep-cleans for houses that are being prepped for sale. The morning of the appointment, she shows up with a team of 4 including her, immediately assesses the house with my wife as expected, and then blows us away with what seemed like a bait & switch tactic, that in order to complete the deep clean, she'll require a total of 8.5-10 hours (PER PERSON!!!) to complete the job and that our pre-purchased package would only be good for a 1.5 hour cleaning session (6 hours of service divided by 4 people). While the math is easy to understand, why wouldn't she list the average crew size on the Angies List promotion to help buyers run some simple math of their own to understand how much cleaning is likely to be done in that short of a paid session. So if you are following the logic so far, the business owner here expected to be paid upwards of $800 for the real deep cleaning session for the house, which if she were a better business person, she probably would have been able to negotiate with us if she had been more clear in setting expectations based on our original conversation about the size/condition of the house and her expected crew size. Instead, we asked them to leave after the 1.5 hours were up that were prepaid, and frankly speaking, the cleaning work that occurred up till then was limited at best and certainly not worth the money or time wasted. Lesson learned, and the advice I have for others is to use Angies List for the research, but DO NOT pre-purchase a time-based service through this site, the process and limited interaction on this site leading to the work session is not worth the perceived savings.

Purged cleaning staff was very friendly and did a very good job upstairs. However, they didn't finish the top 3 things on my list or even clean my main living areas. Only hit bathrooms and bedrooms. Spent time doing things that were non necessity items for me and not on my list. Unfortunate to pay for 8 hours (Mother's Day Gift) and come home to only a few rooms upstairs clean. Make sure to communicate well your expectations. They did clean well, just not as expected. Communication is a two way street so I take part in the blame. When I asked why my floors and baseboards weren't finished downstairs in the main living areas...when those were the first two things on my list and what I had asked for verbally when we spoke, I was told they could come back for a $70 and finish. Unfortunate because that what was I had hired them to do. I had company coming over upon returning home and I had to find someone else to pay to clean my main living areas. I can do A LOT of cleaning in 8 hours so I put my work ethic and expectations in to what my home would look like upon return and my expectations were not met.

Very thorough and polite - Just did not have enough time to really clean everything, and I was not prepared to pay $90 for another hour. Very good job on what they were able to accomplish!

Melissa and her crew were very professional and did a great job! Friendly & gave me some helpful cleaning tips. Would definitely call again!

She knows what she is doing, but she may take more time than expected.

Tina was on time 9:00Am. She brought three other ladies with her. Tina performed a walk thru the house and gave me a price of $500 to perform the work which I agreed to. Tina is a nice lady and told me she was very particular concerning detail. Tina and the ladies started working with Tina directing and performing some of the work. An hour into the work Tina left for another job and put one of the ladies in charge. Tina said she would be back later to check the work and I would pay her at completion. Later in the afternoon approx. 4:00 PM the lady in charge told me they were finished and stated Tina was still working on another job. I started the walk thru with the lady and found windows and areas of the closet hat had not been clean. The lady in charge was apologetic and explained to me that one of the ladies was training. The areas were corrected and I asked the lady to call Tina to see if she was coming to receive payment. She told me it may be later, but if i was OK with paying the lady in charge it was OK with her. I paid the lady, tipped each lady and thanked them for their work. Note, I did not do an extensive walk thru with the lady which was my fault because after the ladies left I found other areas missed or not cleaned completely. I called Tina the next morning 8:00AM and explained what had happen. She apologized and told me she would have the areas cleaned ay. I explained I was leaving town the next day. I waited at the house until after 4:00 PM no one showed up and I did not receive a phone call. I locked up the home and left. Not too long after I received a phone call from Tina stating she had someone at the house, but it was locked. I told her it was late and I had to leave town the next day. She said she felt bad and apologized. I thanked her for her work and wish her well in her business. I believe Tina does outstanding work when she on site to oversee and inspect, but because of many jobs that is difficult for her. She must trust her employees,but not all employees perform to expectation. I would have given Tina's company an "A" overall, but the performance of the trainee was not at that level, so I gave a "B" due to quality attributed to the trainee. Again, my fault is share in not performing an extensive inspection when the job was completed. I wish Tina and Purge Cleaning Services success in the future. I would recommend them, but perform a complete and extensive inspection.

I don't think my home has ever been this clean. I will use "Purge Cleaning Service" again and hopefully in the last quarter of the year I can bring them in on a bi-monthly basis.

What a blessing to have found Purge Cleaning Services. I have used many cleaning companies over the years and have never found cleaners that truly care about the quality of their work AND the customer's satisfaction. The owner and her crew were very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. Great Job!
