The ladies showed up and introduced themselves. They were super friendly and talked with me about what my most critical areas were. They talked about what they were doing and got my feedback. Wonderful hard workers who did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with the end result. My home looked wonderful. They are a great ambassador for the company!

Tina and her team were fantastic! They were very friendly, helpful, and full of energy. They cleaned places that were never touched by other services. I am confident that they can be trusted in my home. (very important to me!) I wish I could share a picture of her on a ladder in my kitchen. She is NOT shy about her cleaning enthusiasm .

They did a great job on the detail work (dusting, mainly on the lower level)-even cleaned my figurines inside my china cabinet in den (did not ask for that as I was planning to pack them shortly), only one of three bedrooms and one bathroom was partially cleaned (shower stall). I was told there would be a walk-through before they started, but the meter began ticking upon entering my home. The crew was pleasant. I was thinking about using them on a regular basis, maybe monthly, but changed my mind later that evening. Unfortunately, the kitchen floor was still dirty after they left and the chlorine odor from whatever they used to clean it, pervaded my home, burning my eyes and throat-I cleaned it 3 times that evening with swiffer pads, just to get rid of the odor and still, it was not clean. If you need detailed work, they do a great job. I was interested in getting help with basic housecleaning and heavier work and need for someone to address my priorities and have to consider budget. If budget is not an issue , then I think they would be satisfied.

Team Melissa from Purge Cleaning came and cleaned our house for about 2.5 hours. They did a good job trying their best to remove the layers of grease from appliances left by the landlord. Very friendly, felt like hanging out with friends whilst they cleaned. I showed them the spots I wanted clean and they did it. I appreciated how they tried to make sure they reached the priority areas during the time.

Tina and her team scoured my home from top to bottom with a tireless work ethic and a contagous sense of joy. The result was a truly exceptional job which prompted me to retain Purge Cleaning on an ongoing basis.. I highly recommend trying Purge Cleaning - they provide a truly outstanding service.

As stated above the cleaning was performed in an excerllent manner and done on time.

They arrived promptly, and performed a thorough cleaning of the rooms that they were able to clean in the time allotted. We were very satisfied with the work that they performed.

Service was excellent. I placed a call to Purge late in the evening stating that I needed someone to clean within the next 2 days and they returned my call the next morning and scheduled me the same morning. Ladies were excellent and cleaned from top to bottom. Attention to details, suggestions and attitude about making ME happy was the service I received. I found the ladies to be pleasant and task oriented. I couldn't have asked for a better situation than what I was in and the solution the Lord sent my way! Good job ladies and I will be hiring you to clean my home.

Leader Jennifer was awsome coordinated, I asked for more time, will use the services, they were very careful to handle the items like hubby/s ships.

They were late getting here (I requested an 8 am appointment when I scheduled it since I have somewhere I have to be on Mondays in the afternoon), they sent email saying my appointment was scheduled for 11 on the Sunday before and then called at 8 on the day they were coming and said they were running a little late, showed up at 9:40. The owner was on the phone for a lot of the 2 hours they were here, so the whole house wasn't cleaned, didn't look like they mopped kitchen and laundry room at all nor did they wipe down the washer and dryer. I can clean my whole house in 4 hours by myself when I'm not injured (reason i hired them) and do a better job than 3 of them did in the combined 6 hours they were here. To boot, when they were leaving, the owner started with some religious discussion, which I don't have an issue with people being religious, but don't appreciate her trying to start a discussion about religion when she doesn't have any idea what my beliefs are nor is it really any of her business.

There were three people who came out and they only did our two bathroom. The deal was for four hours of work and the four hours worth of work for three people is not worth it. It was so frustrating.

People on Angie's List that complain about these guys have really unreasonable expectations of how long it takes to properly clean a home. The two wonderful ladies very meticulously cleaned about 3k sq ft in 6 hrs - really much more detailed than I ever expected. They worked very hard and got to everything we asked them to - they cleaned ridiculously well. Everything is really beautiful. Kayleigh and Victoria were so nice and really knew what they were doing! I never really wanted to pay for weekly or biweekly cleaning, but after how I feel in my clean house since they left a few hours ago, I am definitely contemplating biweekly service! Thank you!

I bought this to have our rental property cleaned as the prior tenant did not do a good job of cleaning. I thought that 3 hours of cleaning would be plenty for what we needed. Upon scheduling, I found out that the deal was for 3 man hours of cleaning, so 3 people for 1 hour. I still thought that 3 people could get the job done. I was told the second hour would be $100 and declined this since that was not what I had budgeted for. This group was very flexible when we ran into a timing issue the day service was to be performed, but that is the only positive thing I can say. I wasn't there when they were cleaning, but I can't say for sure that much cleaning was done. I had asked for the kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms to be the focus of the job and I was not impressed at all.

They were wonderful..stubbed the tile floors and the shower in the bathrooms. dusted cleaned 3 bathrooms and kitchen, mopped all of the others. Melissa Team came late afternoon on a Friday and clean our house spotless. I would recommend this company to everyone. They were great!!!!!

It was great. They were very good. They were just very thorough and did a great job. I bought some extra time. They were very good to work with.

I purchased a couple of coupons for housecleaning by Purged Cleaning Services. Tina and a couple of her wonderful girls came to my home on Thursday morning. I was excited for someone to come in and just get things dusted and swept - I had been so busy with my youngest daughter's wedding that was scheduled for that weekend and had not done a thorough job of cleaning my house in several weeks. They stayed for almost four hours and did a wonderful job. Tina and her crew are very diligent and thorough. Tina excavated something out of my shower drain that looked like it had been there a while! I had not experienced a slow drain, but I think that Tiny knows that these things build up and she checked it for me. I was more impressed than embarrassed - who would have known?? She also worked on my tile floor and got some hairspray residue up that just regular mopping had not cleaned. I am excited to have them back at my house and am trying to figure out a way to keep them going - at least monthly - after I recover from paying for my daughter's wedding!! :-)

They did a very good job. The thing that impressed me is that they dusted and vacuumed places that are hard to get to that I don't even think about but they do it. They were friendly. The upstairs bathroom was really aweful, we had a lot of dirty stuff in it and they came up and said that they'll get a van over the time that they had planned. They asked permission to make sure it's okay to do it. They've gotten to stuff that we probably hadn't cleaned in 25 years looking almost new again. They're definitely an A.

Cleaners communicated well beforehand, showed up on time and did a great job cleaning. Highly recommend.

Tina's ladies are great. Good attention to detail, very thorough. First visit was lengthy because I hadn't had a cleaniing in many months. The second visit was just an hour for three cleaners. Very professional and focused. Highly recommend!

Purged cleaners did a good job. They just took too long. I am not used to paying $300 to clean my house. It is a four bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. Not a very big house. They did not get to my playroom above the garage and we do not have a finished basement. I felt like they stretched their hours in order to get paid for a few more hours of work. They really started to hustle at the end because they knew they were not getting to everything and I am sure they felt that there was no way I was purchasing anymore hours. They took off every book off our bookshelf and dusted each one. They cleaned each of the thin blinds on our windows. It looks great but I am not paying someone $33/hour to do that. They had three people at my house for five hours (2-7) and if I did not say to start working on the downstairs they would still be working the upstairs. I do not like to micromanage but if I didn't do so here, they would never have finished. I regret paying for the additional hours. I should have said we are not paying for additional hours but we had guests coming to our house and I wanted it to look good. It was not worth the $300 and I when I asked for a biweekly rate I was quoted $165. We've had previous cleaners that charge us anywhere from $80 - $120. I understand that you get what you pay for but they are too high in my opinion. I felt like I got suckered a bit and would not recommend them.

They were awesome, cleaned windows, baseboards and ALL spiderwebs- awesome job
