Purged Cleaning Services

It went well. They cleaned a very dirty apartment of a friend who recently had health problems which did not allow him to clean his apartment. There was some issue with the appointment time, but they worked hard to complete the job in a couple of hours, and my friend was pleased with the results.

I give them an A! They were prompt and thorough!

No show from the provider. I called them yet at 2 PM and they said only it is beyond 3 PM then it is considered late..... I tried to contact the provider at 3.15 PM today (11/13/2015) and left voicemail and no response yet.

did not show up for appointment--did not call. I called them and they said they were busy. This was a weekday so I had to take a vacation day to meet them!!

They did an excellent job. I had made a list of the order I wanted things done in case they couldn't get it all done. They had a few tough areas to tackle but they still managed to complete everything on my list in the specified time period! I would definite recommend them.

Overall, they did a great job! Positive attitudes. My only reservation is that they charge "by the hour." I'm use to a service doing my entire house for a flat rate. But they worked hard and did a fine job.

I was more than pleased to purchase a deal for cleaning services from what seemed to be a reputable company. Making an appointment was fairly easy and the individual on the phone was professional and helpful. I had explained that we were looking for a new company to come in on a bi-weekly or monthly bases so this was a good opportunity for us to see if this company could meet our needs.On the day of the scheduled cleaning my Nanny was there to great them but I had wrote them a note thanking them for coming in and told them what was the most important. We have three children and a dog, we are working parents so need some help cleaning communal spaces, particularly floors and bathrooms. My nanny said that there were three women but only two who really seemed to be cleaning. There was to be a total of 6 hours total, in reality they stayed 90 minutes and only completed the bathrooms and attempted the floors. Our hardwood floors had a film over them, they actually looked worse after the "cleaning." In my past experience, I have had cleaning crews of two spend 4 hours and clean our 2100sq ft home, and do it well. This cleaning job was terrible. I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and contact them about my concerns regarding the work. I called and spoke to the owner who was apologetic and wanted to help "fix" the problem. I reassured her that I was not angry and had even tipped these women for coming in (supposedly the crew supervisor pocketed it). The owner wanted to talk to her husband and said she would return my call the next day. Well, it has been months and there has never been any contact. So...they took me for $100. Not a huge deal, but it is the principle. My opinion, I would call someone else.

They arrived on time and were very friendly ladies. They concentrated on the areas to be cleaned and did an excellent job.

I booked purged service on 9th October to be done on 16th october two young ladies came around 10am....and they started their work... in few minutes I realized they were totally inexperienced they didnt knew how to vaccum ....how to dust I was surprised several time ladies came from different home cleaning they were so professional in two hours everything was cleaned and shinning...after realizing i called the purged service but no response I text but no reply that two hours were horrible i have never had this kind of experience long story short i want refund and my two hours wasted I put my important work on one side for this cleaning very very disappointed???I used angies first time and i am not happy...

They sent two people and they did a great job. I ended up having an extra hour because I had a lot of cleaning to do and was charged $80 for the two people. Seemed a little high to me, but all in all I had a good experience.

Purged Cleaning Services was very professional, thorough and detailed oriented. The owner was very pleasant and her team did an excellent job! A cleaning crew of 3 people arrived just on time! I was able to customize my cleaning which I liked. I would highly recommend their services!

I must admit their housecleaning standards are certainly more meticulous than mine. I've never seen my kitchen cabinets look this clean They scoured everything from the ceiling molding to the baseboards and the window sills. And it was not just thorough, it was as iif they took the job personally, as if it were their own home and they were expecting company. I have frequently paid more for much less.

It seemed like they were in a hurry. Three of them came out. We made it real clear, three people suffice into the number of hours. They were more concerned about that than the customer's desires.

A two person crew arrived a bit later than projected, with no phone call to let me know about the delay, but they introduced themselves professionally, got straight to work and worked hard for the full six hours. I was very happy with the job they did and hired the company for to clean weekly for the next three months.

Melissa and her team did a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms. The challenge before them was considerable, and the end result was amazing. During the time they were in my home, they worked tirelessly. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and exactly what I was looking for: she got right to the point, and right to work. Her team was polite and hard working, as well. They knew their stuff and didn't interrupt me for anything that wasn't important, which is good because I was working from home while they were there. After they left, things that had been straightened up or cleaned were where I expected them to be, as if I had cleaned it myself. Except a lot cleaner than if I had done it myself. :) Everything was cleaned thoroughly and completely: even under counter ledges and in the cracks. Considering it had been a very long time since the house had seen a deep cleaning, that was a lot of work. I was really happy with everything and the price was great. I'm planning on having them back on a regular basis.

It didn't. Something came up with the employee assigned with our work and the provider could not send a replacement in a timely manner. So we requested a refund.

Tina and her ladies were awesome. Very professional, never stopped working until the job was done, and done to our satisfaction. They treated our house like it was theirs and it shows in the quality of their work. You will not go wrong by hiring Purge Cleaning Services. They did such a great job, so we hired them perminatly to clean every month for us. Thank you Tina! Your the best!

It went okay. The time went by so quickly. Melissa was awesome to work with, but she did have two trainees with her. They weren't quite as quick and good as she, but that is because they are new to the job. I am sure that over time, they will be just as effective as she is. The responsiveness of Tina/Jennifer to schedule my service was fantastic. They went above and beyond to schedule my service, even though I had to reschedule several times. I would use them again.

The owner called me to see about cleaning my home bi-weekly and was to call me back later that day when she had her schedule in front of her (I don't know why she would call me without it). Never called me back. Clearly not in need of additional income/business.

It went beautifully. The ladies that cleaned were perfectionist! I could not have asked for a more professional, thorough and pleasant experience. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

"Team Melissa" did an outstanding job! The work was going so well that we added some additional time to the 8 hour special and it was well worth it! My wife was super happy with the quality of all the work they did. My wife also commented how almost everything was put back exactly as she had it placed (she has a little OCD about that kind of stuff) and there are a lot of "decorative items" that had to be put back. The team came in and ask for what we wanted completed so we walked through all the rooms and seeing what they were up against, Melissa let me know it may require a little extra time to complete it all. The 3 of them spent a couple of minutes planning how to accomplish the most work possible with the priorities they were given. Then they got busy and it was great to see the way they worked together as a team and individually. They all worked hard and were extremely efficient in each task. We will absolutely be using Purged and "Team Melissa" in the future. I highly recommend them!

The service was very good! Three ladies worked together to get everything done in the alloted time.

There were 2 girls sent to do the job. One was supposed to be a lead and the other was brand new. The new employee was a little slower than others we've used but I get that. She's knew and learning how the company works. The lead however spent over 2 and 1/2 hours in the master bathroom alone. A bit much. So when it came time to do other rooms, they were in a tremendous hurry and the cleaning was average at best. They did NOT do any cleaning of floors around or behind furniture. They didn't even touch the laundry room which is on the one floor that they were supposed to clean. They missed dusting of lamps, kitchen wall art, chair rails, and other items. They did SOME dusting but again were in a big hurry since they spent so much time ion one bathroom. And I guess it bothers me more that the owner came in at the end of the project and had to spend ANOTHER 30 minutes in the Master bath correcting what her crew didn't do in their 2 and 1/2 hours. My expectation, based on previous experience, was that at least two of the 3 floors would get cleaned. However, they only spent time on 1 floor and that job was not 100% complete. Based on the "deal" that I bought I was expecting a super job in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and mopping , dusting, and vacuuming in the other areas. I received a super cleaning in the master bath. Dusting, mopping. and vacuuming in the 4 other rooms of 1 floor only and those items were incomplete. The owner was gracious enough to come out and speak with me and explained that the job was not to her expectation but did not offer any corrective action and in fact asked for double the amount to finish the rest of the house.

Cleaners arrived 4 hours late. I expected them at 9:30 but they arrived at 1:30. I had to call to question the delay. Owner was very apologetic on phone and upon arrival-and immediately went to work. Owner puts a great deal of time into her cleaning, but had to coach and go back over the work of her employee often. While I appreciate her attention to detail and the effort to get the job done well, the time had to be extended to complete the areas I wanted cleaned. I did not want the areas half cleaned and had to extend their time 2 hours at $75 an hour. Two people should have been able to cover those areas in 3 hours. Angie's (6 hours for 99 bucks) Deal was no longer a deal because I ended up paying more than double the cost for them to clean half of my home. I've had other cleaners clean my entire (2700 square foot) home for a lot less.
