Description of Work: Although originally contracted through an Angie's special we both agreed that what I required would far exceed what was covered under the Angie's Deal but we discussed that up front. The gals basically provided a deep cleaning of a 3-4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house including a full master suite, kitchen appliances & bar. It took the team of 3 about 9 hours to scrub, dust & vacuum their way through the house but considering the size of the house, the wall of built-in shelves of knick knacks, the glass racks in the kitchen bar, plus the fact that my wife was coming back from an out of state 2 month work assignment - it was very reasonable. Important to note that I did not say it was cheap - it was reasonable for the amount and quality of work performed. Because we had discussed my expectations and the level of effort necessary, there were no surprises. | |My biggest challenge was trying to keep everything looking that pristine for the 5 days until my wife arrived!

Description of Work: Contacted service provider last week requesting when was the soonest date they could schedule to perform the service They did not provide any dates and instead just stated it was too short notice to do any work. They did not reply back with a date at all of when they would be able to perform the requested service.

Description of Work: I've had them here twice, to do major deep cleaning. The initial visit was amazing, two people and they did a lot of work, very well. Second visit was a little more rocky, they were supposed to come in the morning, but did not arrive till around 5pm, but they had a team and worked for 2 hours and got a lot done. The work they do is very very detailed, and professional. They bring all their own equipment and supplies, and they do things that I wouldn't have thought of. Overall I think they are fantastic! I will keep using them without hesitation. | |I would recommend them very highly! Tina, the owner is just a doll!

Description of Work: After purchasing the service, the provider refused to schedule it, stating they are "booked for a month or so, I'll let you know." She still hasn't "checked her schedule."

Description of Work: Purged Cleaning Services spent about 5 hours at my house. They did a very detailed job, cleaning out things we haven't even thought to do (i.e. fridge vents). We were very pleased with their service and will most likely use them on a regular basis going forward.

Description of Work: I have used other cleaning services but Tina and her workers are, by far, the best. They work fast but are very thorough and efficient. They clean places that the other services didn't even know there were places. The house is cleaner than it has ever been before. They provide all their own cleaners, including Bona hardwood floor cleaner, which I really like. They work in groups of three and all of them really know what they're doing and do it well. They are friendly and you can tell they take pride in doing a superior job. I pay a little more that the other services, but they are worth it. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had bought a 4 hour cleaning coupon in anticipation of guests arriving. I had hoped for a cleaning of the guest bathroom, kitchen and master bath. Two ladies came and worked for 2 hours (4 hours) and cleaned the master bath and guest bath. The master bath was meticulously cleaned ( way beyond necessary). The guest bath was cleaned but nothing was done in the kitchen. If I was putting the house on the market, this cleaning would be fine. I just needed help getting ready for company. I did not get it.
