Extremely professional, prompt, and did and excellent job on the removal and clean up of the trees. They also recommended a stump grinding company. We would highly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.

This was a difficult job and they did a great job. Clean up was great. We have used Scott and his crew before and he always does a terrific job. We have recommended him to others.

We learned of Mr. Postell from others in our community of Lake Arrowhead. He came highly recommended. He is a very nice person. He is an arborist and he knows well about trees. He did not push us to take out more than the ones we were worried about. We met two other tree companies before learning of Mr. Postell. Like another reviewer commented his demeanor is something we really like. We think his price was very fair. He and his crew arrived when they said they would. Our situation required the trees to be cut down in pieces and lowered with ropes. They worked steady all day taking care not to damage anything. They cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving the yard neat and clean. Throughout the whole process from contacting for an estimate to scheduling and finally doing the job the communication was excellent. We would definitely recommend Postell Tree Service.

They were absolutely awesome. Limbs near the house were hand lowered from a bucket truck. They worked nearly nonstop with short breaks. They had our cares and concerns in hand at all times. They were friendly and by day 3 were nearly family. I will use the again if I ever need tree work again.

I live in the woods surrounded by large trees that have not been touched for 15 years, so there was lots of growth toward the house. My other concern was that I did a lot of underplanting in the yard with Rhododendrons, Azalea, etc so it was a bit of an obsticale course for tree removal. I needed some one real good who knew what they were doing to remove and trim yet not hit the house or the shrubs. Scott Postell contacted me and setup a time to come out for an estimate. He called ahead to confrim and show up on time, so we were off to a good start. He took the time to look over the trees and listen to my concerns and was a professional in every way. At that time he gave me an estimate which was in line with what I thought it might cost and a two week timeframe on when he could start the job. He called within the 2 weeks the day before to set up the work day. He show up with his team the next morning and worked all day. They cleaned as the work progress and seemed very organized on how they approach each part of the job. I was impressed with how smoothly they handle a very difficult job taking down big trees with all kinds of thing to look out for. The end result was exactly what I was looking for with very mimimal impact to my yard, just a great job. I recommend anyone to go Postell! I have some before and after pictures, but since this is my first review I am not sure how to post them on this review but hope to add them later if I can.

The yard looked much better after they removed a large tree. They were very knowledgeable as an arborist. They were good quality people identifying the trees, any diseases, and their life expectancy. we have a 90 year old oak tree that is close to the house and has been trimmed several times. He was very candid about the condition of the tree. I appreciated his knowledge and the fact he took the time to explain to us when would be the appropriate time to take action about removal of the tree. He never attempted to force a decision on us about the tree. I am plannning to cal them again within the next few months.

A nursery recommended them. We were 100% satisfied and they were great. They came out ahead of time and talked to us about each individual tree. They were really into trying to preserve everything that they could. They made recommendations about keeping the trees healthy and cutting out the dead to preserve the trees and prompt growth but also pointing out troublesome areas to safeguard the home. Their personalities and demeanors were great. I think they were right on the price.
