This project was done while we were out of state and Cal communicated with us nearly on a daily basis. He didn't hesitate to offer ideas and often had more than one idea for a solution to sticky remodel problems. That said, he respected our input in every way. Cal was a great listener. If he was ever frustrated with his subs or us, we never knew it as he has a very calm disposition. He also has a good sense of humor which made working with him enjoyable. Even though this project took longer than expected due to COVID-19, Cal's attention to detail and high standards never faded. One of the things we heard many times throughout the process was "we'll make it right" and he always did. Cal went above and beyond what we expected from a contractor.
