In all of our dealings with customers, insurance companies, sub-contractors and vendors, we strive to ensure that the quality of our relationships remain high, that our communications remain open and that all parties feel that, after the work is completed, they made the right choice in dealing with SRCG. Negotiating on your behalf generally allows us to increase the scope of repairs covered under your policy. Adjusters appreciate our knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. When we meet with them to inspect your damage, we are prepared to discuss what we feel is compensable damage and assist them where appropriate. They are busy people and we try to save them time without compromising their integrity. To ensure that you are comfortable in working with us, we never ask for payment until each major segment of the process is completed to your satisfaction. As a small business, we cannot afford to “float” the entire high cost of materials and labor on several jobs. We do, however, understand our customers’ needs of assurance that they are receiving what they are paying for. Everyone likes to feel that they are important—and you are. When we start your job, your home is the primary focus of those responsible for your repairs. You will always be treated in a cheerful, courteous and professional manner. Good people perform good work. They take pride in what they do and they will not allow themselves to be accused of mediocrity. Our work stands out above the rest-and we have never had a complaint about our workforce. Reputation is the key to any successful business. We will be in contact with you every day, once the job is started, to update you our progress and discuss any issues you want to talk about. We can’t promise there won’t be glitches, but we can work them out together. To ensure that any issues with our craftsmanship are taken care of promptly and without hassle, we contribute a percentage of our profits to a special account to cover our labor warranty. You will be given a list of several former customers who you can call to check their satisfaction with our work. Interior & exterior painting by precision painters who ensure a truly professional job.

Great! Workers were excellent. They were careful about picking up the roofing nails - never have found one stray nail! The roof has not leaked yet! Phil's guys did a wonderful job.

Mr. White and his entire crew always arrived on time. They gave me a written estimate, listened to my needs and gave me a set schedule of their work. They were always clean while working and left the area clean when they left. They were very reliable. The completed work was excellent.
Description of Work: They repaired and inspected my roof. They rebuild my steps. And did several smaller repairs around my home.
