Tim Harris is maybe the nicest and most honest person you will ever meet. If not in life, then definitely in the roofing business. Yes that is a big statement, and yes it is true. This review is going to be so glowing, that you might suspect it is a plant, but I assure you it isn't. He saved my elderly mother thousands of dollars, and gave us a quality job that will last for decades and has raised the value of our home considerably. I first met Tim when he came out to fix a minor leak centered around a ventilation pipe and also to install a ridge vent. He quickly and cleanly did the work himself, and at a price hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes I received. He even fixed a small issue with a gutter that was coming loose that I did not know about, and he offered to let us use some high-grade shingles that he had left over from another job, both at no additional cost to the price we had agreed to before he got on the roof. A few weeks later, our roof was severely damaged from a hail storm, so I called TIm again. He very professionally helped us through the insurance assessment process, and soon his crew was coming out. In just one day, his courteous and efficient crew completely removed the roof and installed a new one with architectural shingles. When they were gone, there was practically no evidence that they had even arrived, other than the amazing new roof left behind. The insurance company was late in paying us, but I never heard one sour word out of Tim. He can travel 75 miles from Carrollton, GA to do work, and I promise you, if you are needing roofing or gutter work, and are hesitant about the pit of snakes that is the roofing business, Tim Harris is the person you are hoping to find. He is accredited with many certificates (not sure of the right vocabulary here), and his crew is completely insured and professional. Do yourself a favor and call him first.
