Patti's Tree Service

The tree removal service was very good, but the stump removal was not impressive. A mess was left and she had to come back to clean it up. The MAIN issue I have is that there was an agreement that payment would be made when the work was completed. Not with this company...This job took more than one day and she asked for money every day. So unprofessional!! My husband used her again for another tree removal today for his company and it was agreed she would wait for the company to cut her a check. She again asked for money right away instead of waiting on the check AS AGREED! Very irritating!!

Patti came out the same morning I called her for a quote. She gave a very reasonable price. We scheduled the work for the next week. Her climber was there on time (and even a few minutes early which was great). They did most of the work while we weren't home, but Patti kept in touch with call/text, and even sent me a couple of pictures of the work. When they were done, they cleaned up the driveway and walkway. All around, Patti was very nice, professional, and proficient. We will definitely call her again if we need tree work done.

Patti and her crew did an awesome job! They worked quickly and efficiently including cleaning up the debris. Patti also coordinated other services I needed. She and all of her crew were personable and went beyond the work I asked to be done. Patti will definitely be the one I go to for all future tree work.

Patti's crew did a great job with the work we needed done and her price was very reasonable. Patti kept us aware during all stages of the process. When she had to delay our date for estimate by one day due to storms in the area she called as soon as possible in case we needed to change plans. Two other services that we called for estimates either didn't call back or show up when the were suppose to. Patti's crew insured that all areas were clean and no damage was done to property during work.

Great! Patti and her crew showed up on time and completed the work within 3 hours! We were amazed at how fast they took that tree down and cleaned up!! We will definitely call Patti again if we need any tree work done!

Wonderful service. Patti was very professional. Her customer service and communication throughout was exceptional. Called for a quote, & she happened to be in the area. Had the quote within the hour. We set up an appointment, & she even let us know when an earlier opening come about. We had 3 mature pines cut and removed. Her working area was very limited; she had two houses, power lines and fences to consider, all within 10-20ft of the trees. Not a single thing other than the trees were touched. The clean up was fantastic. I expected to be left with more debris honestly, but She took EVERYTHING with her. No clean up on my part required. I couldn't be happier! Much thanks to you and your crew!

This is an A+ tree company that does its own work. Patty, the owner, worked with her crew from start to finish and provided excellent supervision. The work was done efficiently and expertly. Everyone on the crew worked well together with attention to detail and safety, and all were focussed on the work. Consequently, the job went smoothly and work that I had assumed would take many hours was completed in just a few hours. The trees were very tall, with massive limbs, and located in a small area between my house, street power lines, and neighboring yards. Some of the huge limbs of these oaks were over the house. I am amazed at how smoothly the work was done. The tree climber was incredibly skilled, and the crew members handling the ropes were also skilled. Additionally, everyone was personable. Patti had also been punctual and had provided clear explanations on pricing and work to be done, and provided efficient clean-up. I have had to much tree work done in the past 3 years and had used other companies. This is the only company I would hire again.

Patti responded very quickly to my call. I called her on a Thursday about getting an estimate on having a tree trimmed that had grown into mine and my neighbor's power lines, she came out that Saturday at noon just as she said she would. She was very friendly and down to earth. We agreed on the price and the work that needed to be done, and her crew came out the very next day to do the job. By the time she rang the door bell, her crew was already in motion. They worked fast and professional, and were just as friendly as she was. They did a great job. I am happy with the results.

Let me tell you about Miss Patti!: She was very prompt in answering my call to her. She came over and did an estimate when she said she would be here. Then two days later she was here with her crew to get to work. She was extremely reasonable with her prices. They were all so professional and friendly! Patti made me feel like I had known her all of my life! I felt so good about her company, I did not feel the need to get anyone else's estimate!!! They come in and get the job done fast and safe. Patti responded in a timely fashion to my phone call requesting a bid on trimming seven tall (15-20') holly shrubs and three gardenia bushes. Her demeanor was comforting and personable and information offered knowledgable - eliciting a feeling of confidence in not only her concern but professionalism as well. She presented a proposal on the spot but was not pushy or aggressive in attempting to "close the deal" understanding that I would be gaining other proposals as well. A subsequent phone call to her with a lower offer countering one I had from another professional was accepted and a date within three days to complete the work was arranged. Patti arrived with her two-man crew on time and efficiently explained to the crew what was desired. They were obviously experienced in tree and shrub trimming and went immediately to work after asking me exactly what I wanted and explaining where they anticipated a problem with my wishes. I advise anyone who is having such work done to be present at the time because both workmen were very willing to listen, comply with my wishes, and offer options where it appeared my wishes would produce poor visual results. In short, both Patti and her crew were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are most satisfied with the results. The work was completed in a timely fashion (2 hours), the site cleaned up in impressive fashion, and I most enthusiastically recommend Patti for similar work elsewhere. I will definitely contact her for any future work that I need done which her advertisements show she offers.

She was here the next to look at it and then the next day got it taken care of. They did a really good job. They were here about 4 hours.

Patti is a real pro at what she does. Her vast knowledge and impeccable service was just perfect. Her company is very small, which translates into savings for the customer, but her service is larger than you would expect from anyone. She communicates very well and will get the job done expediently without hassle. We would highly recommend her services to anyone!

I found the ad in the local paper and placed a call and left a message. Within a very few minutes I was called back. Within a day or two the work had been done and was finished. Patty is a wonderful woman to work with... The prices are quite comparative... And they work so well, they are so respectful, and they get the job done. We even had a slight misunderstanding and Patty went out of her way to arrive in the great compromise and to work out the situation. I cannot wait to have her do more work on my property.
