I had a new system installed a few years ago by a company that is no longer in business and on three occasions now, McCord was on site same day for repairs and got me back up and running quickly. VERY responsive, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: The great guys from McCord came out for annual maintenance on my systems, and they also replaced a very old A/C unit in one of my rental houses. McCord is the ONLY company I have been using for almost 20 years. They are the best!

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, professional and efficient. They completed the installation in less than four hours including testing and showing me the features of the new system. Plus McCord's HVAC was voted best heating and cooling service in Villa Rica, Georgia.
Description of Work: Installation of Air conditioner and furnace and condenser. Removal of old system, flush lines of old refrigerant, carry away the old parts and put together a new system that blows really cold. They also installed a digital programmable thermostat. Thanks Guys!!!

+ -1 moreEverything went well. It took them 2 days to complete the job, working until dusk each day. They hauled away the old ductwork so I wouldn't have to fool with it. Would I hire them again? Absolutely
Description of Work: The 21-year-old AC unit in my house "died." Kelly (McCord) and his professional crew responded quickly to replace the unit as well as replacing the duct work in the attic to "better cool and heat the house." He explained his rationale for performing his services prior to starting. I was also made aware of the cost prior to starting.

+ -1 moreThe compressor was under a 10 year warranty so there was no charge. They are the best.
Description of Work: We used McCord HVAC because our system didn't work when it started getting hot this year. They have installed all of our air conditioning systems over the years. They discovered that the compressor was bad and they replaced it.
