I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day. Dennis, the tech, arrived early and ready to work. He was very knowledgable and personable. He told me what was going on with each step he performed. The experience, which I was dreading, was informative.

The AC stopped working 3 days after we moved in. I called for a repair and they came out within a few hours and had our heat pump repaired. I also engaged them for our annual contract.

I had a water leak in my heater and after calling my insurance company and being told it was not cover under warranty I went on Home Advisor looking for a company. Comfort Solutions called and came out that day to repair my heater. The work was done very professional and quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The company was very quick to respond and come out the same day. We had a thermostat that quit working. They had a new one on the truck and replaced it. Patrick was awesome. Very knowledgable and extremely personable. We have four units so it's nice to know there is a company I feel comfortable using.
