Comfort Solutions is a very, honest company who keeps your budget in mind. They helped me get my 16 year old Lennox A/C condenser back up and running, even though I was made aware it may die at any time in the future. Everyone else tried to sell me a new, pricey unit without trying to really help get the old one back running. Since this was unexpected at my rental property, I was so happy my tenants were cool again and I have more time to research newer units and save for the upcoming replacement. Very satisfied with this company!!

The first serviceman they sent was a little inexperienced with my unit and left the job incomplete, but the next day they sent someone else who finished the job correctly and didn't charge me.

At the scheduled appointment time I received an email stating they do not send a tech out until they have a phone confirmation and were unable to reach me, apparently someone inverted the last two digits of my phone number. I stated I still wanted a tech to come and Patrick arrived about twenty minutes later. He did a thorough check of my AC unit, found the problem and installed the new capacitor as well as took care of my filters. Pricing was around what I expected to pay. Patrick was professional, courteous and friendly.

What I like most about Comfort solutions is that they came in and did a wonderful job. It was a complicated job both installing the out door unit and the indoor unit, but J.D. and the rest of the team took the job on inspire of the challenge. They made it work and the system works fine. I would recommend them hands down for complicated jobs like mine. Really happy.

Either the Home Advisor Service or the Contractor needs to make the 2-hour arrival schedule more clear on the confirmation. It caused a bit of confusion and some frustration. The work went well and my family is safely enjoying cool air in the house.

My air condition went out on the hottest day. They found a way to accommodate me. Fixed and cleaned my unit. Fair price.

Technician was great only thing is he left the disconnect switch off, and after some time we realized we were not getting cooling. I checked the disconnect switch and it was still off. Great value tech came first to assess and second trip to fix. Turned out the least expensive solution did the job. Good work, great value.

Jason was awesome. He called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He took the time to explain the issue, what caused the issue, what he would do to fix it and he even gave me suggestions/recommendations on preventive measures. I felt very informed and as a result, very comfortable approving the work he performed. I would recommend this company and I have added them to my contacts list - for any future issues that I might have with my A/C unit.
