I was contacted for my quote within a day of my request (Dryer vent installation to the exterior in a second floor condo). Dennis came out to quote the job and took the time to answer all my questions and to understand what I wanted. He provided the quote and after receiving final HOA approval, I called to schedule the job. Dennis showed up at the appointed time, however, I had an unexpected work meeting and was unable to accommodate the work. He was professional and agreed to reschedule. I received a call the following day to reschedule the work for the Friday of that same week. Dennis came in to complete the work and did an amazing job. The vent is visible in the condo (second floor precluded going through the ceiling) and the workmanship is superior (i.e. minimized damage to holes cut in the wall). So to recap - Quick contact, responsive scheduling, amazing workmanship, and at a reasonable price (significantly less than another quote received). I'm due to replace my entire HVAC system next year - and Dennis is the person I'll call when ready.

One word best describes Comfort Solutions: Honest. I scheduled five companies to come check why my A/C stopped working. One of the companies came from a personal recommendation, the other four companies came highly recommended from Home Advisor. 3 of the 5 quoted thousands and thousands. They never investigated to see what was wrong - they assumed the first company's assessment was correct, and gave me very expensive quotes. Dennis came, took the time to diagnosis the problem, and got my A/C up and running for a couple hundred bucks.
